TOO MANY WRINKLES THAT DON'T COME OUT
SOFT MATERIAL, BUT IT LOOKS A MESS ON THE BED. WE EVEN IRONED IT BEFORE WE PUT IT ON, WRINKLES DON'T COME OUT.

This product came exactly as advertised, no surprises, no disappointment here. I usually don't write reviews but in this case I was very pleased with this Duvet. I washed it right when it came and took it to my cleaners to have them professonally press it and it looks great and is holding the press very well just like high thread counts will do. Highly recommend.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color description was an excellent match to the actual product, so many times what you see or read is not what you get, but that's not the case here, the sage is a great color.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality is what I expected, 1200 thread count is heavier, more durable and holds it's shape better the other types. Nice feel.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Very accurate.

difficult to wash, need to pay extra money for laundry service :( in fact i have 15KG capacity of laundry machine, it just not works well...
