I love high quality sheets & these sure didn't dissapoint! They are thick & luxurious right out of the package. I washed them & put them right on the bed & since I got them on while they were still warm from the dryer the wrinkles weren't that bad. I did press the pillow cases, but that was just so they would look nice on the bed. My husband feel in love with these sheets as soon as he slipped in to bed & now I'm going to order another set so we never have to sleep on anything less wonderful!For people that don't like heavy sheets, or ones that wrinkle, then a high thread count is not for you.

I have purchased many sheets from overstock and have been trying to find the right balance between price and thread count. I want sheets that won't pill up and get smoother/softer with each wash. I like the thickness of the heavier thread counts as well. I have found that these sheets strike the perfect balance. They are smooth and beautiful. And at half the price of the 1200 tc sheets I bought here a couple weeks before, I can't even tell the difference between the two. I am buying more to give as gifts.

After 40 years of buying hundreds of sheets, these are the best. First of all, they are soft, yet at the same time crisp. This means that they are pleasingly cool. I only washed them once and they are perfect. The second wash did not deteriorate the crispness. They only wrinkle a little and smooth out very nicely. You will not be disappointed with these sheets. Absolutely hotel quality without unnecessary cost. I am about to order a set for every room in my house.

I love these sheets! I'd always wondered about the high thread-count sheets and had heard there was a tremendous difference between department store quality and the more luxurious 800+ thread-count types. I selected the 1000 thread-count and they make me feel like a queen. The texture is smooth, the color is rich and full, and the weight is substantial. I'm going to order a set in each color!

Love them. They are thick, heavy and smooth, lovely to sleep in. Very heavy to wash and dry, but worth it. They do need to be ironed if you're fussy about wrinkles.

I love these sheets and quite honestly I plan to purchase another set. I have had the gold set for over 6 months and they wash beautifully. They always look nice. You will not be sorry if you order these sheets. It's a denser weave to the cotton but it feels great to me.

I bought the first set for myself and loved them so much ordered more for grown children! They love them too. They are so warm and comfortable and great in the winter.

I am a very tactile person who often buys clothes/sheets/ etc based solely on touch and these sheets have exceeded my expectations. I have now had them for about 9 months and I like them more now than when I just bought them, it's like they're just starting to 'break-in'. If I had to mention a downside, I would say that they can get a bit wrinkly in the dryer. I tend to take them out a few minutes early and flatten them out so I can avoid ironing, which works pretty well.

Not as soft as i would have liked them to be. Kind of stiff. You have to wash a few times.

I love these sheets that i bought them as gifts for X-mas for my parents, I love the feel of them and will wash them just to re-use them again instead of going back to my lower count sheets they just feel so nice and crisp and are very thick. It's hard to go back to regular sheets after using ones like this. I need to buy more!

Even after several washings, they were so much stiffer than we were used to that these sheets now grace the guest bedroom.

I purchased these sheets about 4 months ago. I was surprised at how thick and heavy they were. Guess it is the 1000 thread count. They continue to be super comfortable. Really luxurious and recommend to anyone.

These sheets are comparable to fine linen sheets you'd find at 5 star hotels. They are thick and are a great buy! I definitely would recommend these to my friends!

I have purchased other 1000 thread count sheets from O and I must say I am really disappointed with the quality. The color is beautiful but the sheets feel more like a 500 thread count. They are much thinner than my other 1000 thread count sheets.

Most excellent way to go to sleep. My husband asked me why I bought new sheets. Once he slid himself between them, he fully understood. Thick, elegant Egyptian cotton can never be wrong for a bet. Washes well! I am back looking for more. Color matters not!

I purchased this product at a great cost.1000 thread count wow what a deal. The sheets were a bit siff,but after time is not bad. My 800 count is much better and much softer. I don't regret my purchase.

Amazing price for amazing quality if wrinkles don't bother you. These are great for thicker mattresses. It says will fit up to an 18" mattress. You can definitely tell the difference from these as compared to the ones that say will fit up to a 16" mattress. These are egyptian cotton so they wrinkle really bad (but they feel great). I have 2 other sets (1000 thread count too) in cotton satteen and I like those better because they feel just as fabulous but are much better with wrinkles. I wish these exact sheets came in cotton satteen as I like the deeper pockets that come with these. I'm hoping after more washes, the wrinkles will ease up? Is that wishful thinking?

We love our sheets. I gave a set to my Mother, sister-in-law and 3 daughter-in-laws. We are all pleased with the quality and the feel of the fabric. I would recommend them to everyone to use. I hope to order more.

These sheets are 1000 TC Egyptian cotton. We couldn't be happier. Best quality I've seen. They make you feel so good!! Definitely worth the price.
