Down and feather-filled products are packed tightly during shipping. Upon receipt, remove them from their packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours to recover their full loft. In addition, being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes causes the scent of these natural products to concentrate to a disagreeable level. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.
We recommend that this pillow is fluffed at least once a week to maintain down distribution.

Good pillow
A good pillow, but look twice when you order if you think you are buying a PAIR of pillows. You'll only get one. It comes tightly packed in a cardboard box so when you slit open the box with a utility knife you will also slit open the pillow. But that lets you see that the pillow is indeed filled with really nice feathers. In fact, filled so full of really nice feathers that it will bend your neck in a ninety degree angle when you rest your head on it. Aside from those details, it is a really nice pillow.

Good Night Sleep
This feather pillow is so comfortable I can fluff it up or press it down and it ajust perfectly to my head. Its feels soft when I lay my head on it and firm enough to hold my neck so I sleep good all night.

A great pillow at a great price!
Even though I would have gotten free shipping at the biggest online company, I still netted a $$$. savings on this exact same pillow at Overstock.com. The first night with the pillow I found it too firm to use through the night (I was accustomed to a pure down pillow). However, I persevered and within a night or two the Eddie Bauer pillow became my favorite. I'm a side-sleeper and the extra support has virtually eliminated my stiff neck in the morning. I'd buy another one without hesitation. I'd also buy it at Overstock.com

Fair For The Price
This pillow is just okay to me but good for the price. It's much more comfortable than a cheaper, synthetic pillow yet not nearly as cozy and fluffy as a more expensive down pillow. I'm happy I bought it as I was sleeping on very uncomfortable pillows before.

As expected.
Nothing extraordinary for a down pillow. But holds up well and is comfy enough. Liked the fact it is made in the USA. The zippered lining it comes with is a plus. Happy with purchase - no complaints here.

Lovely pillow for the price
This is a well made pillow. Plush, with just enough loft. But be aware it is not predominately down. When I purchased it goose "down" was called out in the name which enticed me to buy it. It looks like Overstock has changed the name since then. Regardless, it's a decent pillow for the price.

Great pillow, very puffy
Not for back-sleepers, but comfy and full for me as a side-sleeper! Very full of body and 'look' great as well. These are my 2nd feather pillow purchase, and I'm happy with them.
