Sleepless in Austin
I did not read the buying guides prior to purchasing this product. I have stayed in hotels with tempurpedic mattresses and had very good night sleeps. I have since found out that a memory foam topper should be no more than 3 inches thick and have a high density of around 4-5 pounds. This mattress topper is 4 inches thick with only 2 pounds of density. This makes for very little support and a pad that is WAY too soft. We received the topper in the mail two days ago and have had two nights with sore backs... You can tell the topper is not good quality by pressing your hand down on it... it does not leave an impression at all... not much better than a plain foam topper...

not so good
this mattress doesn't have good 'memory-foam' quality (is more like regular foam) but i kept it anyway. Now it's developed a permanent dent in the middle after less than 2 months sleeping on it. I'm disappointed.

Great Product Great Price
I received the mattress topper (king size) in a rather smallish box. I followed the instructions and rolled it open. It did not look like much so I left it in the spare room to air out and to grow up as advised. A couple of hours later it was already looking much better. I left it overnight and put it on my bed the next day. There was no odor and It fit my mattress perfectly and added 4 inches in height immediately. My sheets fit better now too. It is really just a king size piece of polyurethane but oh what a relief it is! Had been having trouble sleeping on my side and used to tossing and turning. I had a great night and look forward to enjoying my purchase. My husband is reserving his judgment as he is not sure yet and has to get used to it. He did get a good nights sleep though and he thinks he likes it.I am very pleased with the price. It is made in USA , an extra bonus. Overstock's service is great. It came in 3 days and was just as described. We are non-smokers but I do not recommend it for smokers as it comes with a warning that it is highly flammable. It can be used with an electric blanket though. I used it with mine.

Amazing....
I originally purchased the 2" version of this mattress topper, and I loved it. It helped me start getting better sleep and less pain when I did sleep. I liked it so much I decided to get the 4" one instead. I am SO glad that I did. In my review of the 2" one I said that it was like my bed was hugging me. I take that back. The 4" is like my bed is hugging me. I crawl into bed and sink in perfectly. I have had this for about a month now and I look forward to crawling into bed every time. It is by far the most comfortable topper there is, and even more comfortable than a friends TempurPedic bed (and a fraction the cost). I suggest anyone that wants a better nights sleep get this product. Absolutely amazing.Thanks!!

Great Buy!
As a person who takes sleep very seriously, I highly recommend this mattress topper. A bit pricier than others on the market, this topper is worth every dollar and INCH! I'm extremely finicky about my sleeping arrangements and when I saw the pathetic mattress my dorm offered, I bought this immediately. The only thing I could comment on is that the topper had a tendency of shifting and not staying put. I fixed that issue by buying a bed-bug mattress protector (a staple in dorm living) that had a zipper and stuffed the mattress and the topper inside. The protector contained the topper and no more sliding! I cannot say enough good things about this topper and my roommate is jealous!

Eco=Friendly 4" memory foam mattress topper
After much thought I felt this might be the topper for me. I was looking for something with a bit of soft yet firm comfortable support for a good nights sleep after long hard days at work. My mattress pad came in just a few days! I opened it and after unwrapping it was to full thickness within 30 minutes. I know the instructions said to allow a day but I was happy with how it filled out, put it on top of my mattress and made up my bed (ordering a new mattress cover & sheets for mine barely fits the new thickness) I must say that I slept like a rock! the first night and second night and am looking forward to each nights sleep now! It is like sleeping on a cloud! No more tossing and getting up ump-teen times in the night. In the morning I feel super rested! It is like a whole new me. I love it! Also a review mentioned to order larger size and you can cut with super sharp knife to be perfect fit. I ordered a King size for my Queen size mattress. It was simple to trim and I have extra for throw pillows or add to computer chair! (do not cut on your bed for you may cut your mattress). As for warmth, it is cozy and very comfortable. It is does not hold body heat to make me uncomfortable. Looking forward to each night to hit the hay! No more aches in the morning and no need to consider a new mattress now.

Memory Foam Mattress Topper?
I was very disappointed when I rolled open the 4" memory foam mattress topper. It looks and feels like just a big piece of foam rubber that I could get from a fabric store or discount center. I have had a memory foam mattress and it did not feel anything like it. I am considering sending it back.

We ordered a different one before this one was delivered. We realized we needed a more firm topper and sent this one back as soon as it arrived. We don't really know what this one is like.
