Eco-friendly 3-inch Memory Foam Mattress Topper

It's exactly what I wanted based on experience with other 3" memory foam mattress toppers: soft and supportive. Better than any other mattress topper that I've owned. I should also mention that I bought the cal-king and cut 6" off the width for my queen sized bed. I am tall and don't like how most mattress toppers are slightly undersized. Reading other reviews, it seemed like this one would have the same problem, and the cal-king was the same price. The foam cut very well with an exacto knife. I used a 2' ruler to cut a straight line. Final statement: I'm very happy with it.

This was my favorite mattress topper, for a couple of years, and I may go back to using this topper, after careful consideration of my new one. This topper does not smell, and is extremely comfortable.

It looked great for the price but the memory foam density is too low. I feel like I paid $** for a cheap foam pad that I could have gotten for $20. It just feels like a normal foam pad and has no support and is way too soft. I would suggest spending the extra money for a REAL memory foam pad with a higher density rating like a 4 or 5. The higher the density rating the more firm and supportive the memory foam is. I wish I would have known this before ordering this topper, I would have spent the extra $50 or $60 for a better memory foam topper. As far as the thickness, 3 inches is normally good for a memory foam pad. But like I said this one is way to soft and after a month of sleeping on this, the 3 inches when new is about 2 inches now. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

the product sent was too short for Cal-King bed by 4 inches and product seems to be not as good quality as another purchased somewhere else. However, customer service gave option of refund or exchange; we opted for refund. After hassling with trying to return the awkward and cumbersome product, we were told we could donate it, rather than try to package it back for the return trip. That was a very generous and gracious offer. Because of the great customer service support, i will continue to shop here for most of my online needs. I did buy a different brand in queen size for another bed and it fits just fine! I also bought still another queen size one for a gift; haven't heard on that one yet.
