Memory Foam Do's and Don'ts:

To maximize memory foam expansion; remove from packaging within 72 hours of receipt.
This product arrives very tightly packed. Please unwrap and allow 48 hours for this product to return to its original shape.
Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.
Due to machine cutting manufacturing processes, there may be slight variances in the dimensions of this product.

Due to the nature of Memory Foam the firmness level of every item is unique. Please be advised that even similar products may produce different firmness results

Not What It Seems

The picture of the mattress topper looked different from what was shipped to us. The picture shows a smooth surface and what arrived is an egg crate surface.

Eco-friendly 3-inch memory foam

This is my 3rd memory foam from you and not the best. It has expanded at least 2 " and I have to reposition it every morning. Also, it isn't as firm as my last Eco-friendly 3". All in all, it is a big disappointment and will not continue using it.

Eco-friendly 3 inch - amazing!

I previously owned a 2 inch topper - different manufacturer. After spending many years on the road, staying in hotel beds, I was happy to be spending every night at my own home. After 5 years, that topper was pretty worn out. So, I decided on a 3 inch topper instead. I'm so thrilled with this choice!! Compared to the ones with the egg crate base, this is foam all three inches through. It is perfectly sized, no smell whatsoever, and unfolded within an hour or so.

Memory falls short

This arrived on time however it was short 4 inches from the end of the standard twin bed. Overall the memory foam quality is great I kept it since its being used by my 2 year old grandson. I bought another one for my granddaughter at Sams paid the same amounth and the length was correct and it came with a cover.

How did the color on site compare with the actual product? actual

Please tell us about the quality of the product. Quality of the memory foam is good.

How accurate was the on site description of the product? The length is incorrect.

Perfect Sleep

This has been the best purchase I have made all year. I had the feathertop and I hated the sink hole that was always there. After doing some research, reading plenty of reviews I decided to try the memory foam, but finding one at a reasonable price had been hard. I wanted a 2 inch, but, to many reviews didn't recommend it, so I was looking for the 4 inch, but, when I saw this one and read the reviews I was sold. After ordering it, I had it on my bed within the week, it had a slight odor, which was gone by that eveining and it was an awesome night. I have had such a peaceful rest, since I bought it.Wonderful product and price.

Good Value

Bought one and put it on and within a week bought another, replacing an older one. They both expanded well and fit the beds nicely. Only complaint I have is one had a slight odor which took several weeks to get rid of. the other had no such odor. good value for the money - not disappoihnted at all.

needed something softer on my toddler's bed

it's very soft, not as wonderful as my 3" serta memory foam topper, your hand print won't stick, but does it's job and is much more comfortable on my back when my toddler calls me into his room in the middle of the night.

Poor quality

I've bought 2 other memory foam mattress toppers from you and was pleased with both of them. This one is definitely not of the same quality. My son weighs 165, 5'11" and has slept on it for only 3 weeks and there is a permanent indentation in the middle of the topper. I think this topper lost it's "memory" before it left the factory:)

OK--and better than without it.

Overall this topper is OK, as it provides the softness that I desire--however, it's not near the quality of similar toppers that I purchased at a large warehouse store about 3 years ago. I moved and could not bring them with me, or I wouldn't have been looking for a replacement. This topper stays compressed too long (in the area I've moved out of) when one rolls to a different position on the mattress. I suspect that the foam is less dense than my previous toppers. It leaves me rolling 'uphill' to a new spot on the mattress, and a concave behind me. It also does not come with a cover, as my previous two did. It's available, but must be purchased separately, and would bring the cost up to the level that I can get the entire item locally. As a note--I recently purchase a new topper at my warehouse store, but returned it because they have substituted a 'gel foam' topper . That topper had the same problems as this one--only more pronounced, and wasn't as soft. If my warehouse store starts carrying the original type, I will purchase another one, and give this one away. This is the third item that I've ordered from Overstock, but overall all three of the items that I've ordered (silk scarf, brass wrist band, and now the foam topper)--the quality is a bit disappointing.
