    1. To maximize memory foam expansion; remove from packaging within 72 hours of receipt.
    2. This product arrives very tightly packed. Please unwrap and allow 48 hours for this product to return to its original shape.
    3. Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.
    4. Due to machine cutting manufacturing processes, there may be slight variances in the dimensions of this product.

    • OK but Sinks Too Much

      My first try with a memory foam pillow was a cheap green tea memory foam pillow from a discount big box store. It was hard and hot. I chose this one because the other reviews commented about it being softer and it had ventilation. The problem is its over response to heat. When it arrived after riding around in a delivery truck on a 95 degree day it was so soft it would not hold up my head. But after cooling to 70 degree air conditioned air it really was supportive and comfortable. It also feels cooler than the previously mentioned discount store pillow. But once your head stays in one place for a half hour or so it absorbs your heat and sinks greatly. You have to keep moving your head around the pillow all night to get support. Otherwise the pillow and cover are of excellent quality. Having no luck with memory foam I have ordered and am off to try a latex foam contour pillow.

    • Relaxing Pillow == no real support

      This pillow seems, at first, like it will offer gentle relaxing comfort & neck support BUT the support does not stay . I cannot use this pillow when I have a problematic neck. Too soft! Nice soft pillow only.

      The pillow was soft and comfortable but i kinda perfer one that's a bit firmer but thats just my opinion anyways the pillow was great but it just had this smell idk if it was supposed to be there and it still there right now but over all it's great i dont regret buying the pillow.
