Topper arrived fast. Box was damaged as this item is very heavy, substantial. One will need help in placing on the bed.Comfort level is firm support with a limited amount of memory foam. Very nice item at a great price . Need extra size sheets to cover this topper and mattress. I love it.Will use Overstock.com again

We received the mattress topper quickly, in good condition, and well-wrapped/packaged. When we opened it, it unrolled and decompressed within minutes. It had the strong chemical smell mentioned by others, so we let it air out for about four days before putting it on the bed. It fit perfectly on our queen bed and works well with our deep-pocket queen sheets. There is still a lingering chemical smell, but it is not overwhelming and the sheets mask most of the smell. We do not notice that it holds heat, as other reviewers have commented. We find it very comfortable. We have been using it for less than a month, so I will update my review if anything changes. But, so far, so good.

My husband and I purchased this product to replace a feather bed. I was skeptical at first but now I'm a believer. This product is actually better on my joints (I have RA) and it hasn't remained indented like many other products on the market.

Amazing! Best night's sleep I've had in a very long time! Product arrived in manageable box, wrapped in plastic with both ends open. Presuming to help "off gassing" of smell.....of which there was none. Resumed normal shape within minutes! Love this thing....would recommend to anyone who needs support without being too firm or too squishy.

This is my second memory foam mattress. I really like this mattress because it has a firmer support than my last one. I Highly reccommend this product

This topper is so very comfortable. When it arrived in a small box all compressed it was hard to believe it would open up and be the right shape and size, but within a short time it was perfect. We've been sleeping on it about three days now and really love the added comfort it provides for a good night's sleep. The only negative is that it does have an odor, not unpleasant but sort of synthetic. The first day it was very strong but it is diminshing and seems it will go away completely - its probably a good idea to pull the sheets back and let it air out during the day.

I've had this mattress topper for over 3 months now, and I wonder how I ever slept without it. It is absolutely the best money I have spent on myself. I can't wait to get on this mattress at night. It contours to your body, and the tossing and turning to relieve pressure is gone.I thought it was expensive, but it is worth it. Not all of my sheets have deep enough pockets to stay on, but I still love it. The smell was gone after first night.I highly recommend it.

We tried this mattress topper because of all the other good reviews and it has lived up to our expectations! It renewed our older firm mattress into a comfortable bed, finally! The smell takes awhile to dissipate and your sheets may not fit anymore because of the extra thickness, but it is worth it! No more flopping around and it actually seems to warm up the bed, which is great in the winter months! Highly recommended.
