Good pillows. Not as soft and fluffy as my pure down one, but great alternative. The pillow consist of: inner chamber - 87% duck feathers, outer chamber -13% down (min 75% down). So it would be more accurately described as feather-down mix, not down pillows. Some feathers will poke and they are dark color, so use of protective cover is strongly recommended!

We only like down pillows -- but 100% (or 95%) down pillows cost a fortune of money. So we decided to try two alternatives: these 4 pillows from Overstock, and a $25 mostly feather w/some down pillow from one of Amazon's sellers. There was no comparison -- these pillows were not only cheaper (per pillow) than the one we bought on Amazon, but superior in every way. Fuller, and most important: they feel like a down pillow, not a feather pillow. Whereas with the other one you feel feathers poking you. If I ever needed more pillows for the house, I wouldn't hesitate to buy these (and would hope they're still available).

This is a fine pillow, better than the alternative down I have. Still seaching for the perfect pillow, like I had when I was a kid.

These down pillows are wonderfully soft and fluffy but they do seem a little small and loosely filled. That allows for lots of fluffing and manipulating. I decided to use both pillows and bought my husband a similar pillow. I like these pillows much better than the down alternative - there is no comparison. There is no crunchy sound like you get with feather pillows. I will keep, use and enjoy these.

I agree with a previous reviewer who stated that these pillows are really loud, and that the feathers are big and make a scratchy noise. I am returning these pillows also and am getting down ones or down alternative. For something called lofty, soft etc. I would have expected something else. But I noticed feathers coming through the cover already, and I hated the crunchy noise it was making. Nothing compared to the delicious down comforter I bought. Just because it said "natural feather", it doesn't imply softness. In fact, it is misleading. If you like fluffy pillows or at least quiet sleep and nothing poking in your head, don't get these pillows.

Love them. Forgot how a real fether pillow feels. ALOT better than your down alternative.

Stayed at an expensive hotel and my wife loved the feather/down pillows they had on the bed -- she slept so well and found them so comfortable. I found a place on the internet to buy the same pillows but they were $80.00 each !!!!. Although we liked them, we did not want to spend that much for a pillow so I kept looking for reasonably priced alternatives- these circle of down pillows kept coming up in my searches and I read the reviews and saw that a large majority were happy with them. Since we had not found any other feather/down pillows at such a reasonable price we decided to try these. We were not disappointed -- had them about a month now and wife loves them and I think they are great too. Fluff up easily and provide enough support yet they can be shaped and molded which is what my wife likes about them. We are definitely happy with this purchase. Not as good as the hotel pillows but since they were only a fraction of the price, it was a great deal!

They are great for a down alternative. Nice fabric. I would buy them again.

I like these pillows very much but they do need fluffing up over time. The down alternative pillows are great too.

they are nice pillows but nothing can compare to white goose down pillows. These for the price are good alternatives but you can tell the difference after sleeping on them for awhile. Im back to the goose down.

I always am very careful about purchasing pillows either online or in stores. I do not like the feather/down mix as the feathers tend to make the pillow heavy and picky in time, if not from the first. But my husband needed a soft pillow so to get rid of the neck strain and stiffness he was getting with his down alternative ones I had gotten him some time ago. I decided, based on how he sleeps, that a soft pillow just might do the trick. We had already tried pricey memory foam pillows and those were too hard as he liked to scrunch the pillow while he slept on his side. It needed to cradle his head and a firmer pillow was not going to work; regardless of what the medical people tried to convince us. This pillow was super soft and squishy as he needed to be able to crunch it under his head and neck as he slept. It is a very soft down with a soft material covering that does not crackle and make noise while you move and sleep. The covering is very important as well as no one wants to hear the crackle of material all night. There was no odor at all. The down has stayed put and none has ventured forth out of this covering. It is a 300 thread count and I tend to like that as the higher thread count coverings can be stiffer and thus make noise when sleeping on them. So this was perfect and he has slept like a baby every night since and awoken without stiffness or neck pain. Well worth the cost and I will be getting more for the rest of the family! It is comparable to the $120 down pillows I have purchased previously from *****. Thank you again Overstock:)

I was very impressed with how quickly I received my order! The pillows are very sturdy and comfortable. They do flatten out through the night but the are very moldable and give great neck support. They are not quite as firm as I was hoping but mixed with my down alternative pillows, these are great.

I LOVED LOVED LOVED these pillows! I was a little worried about buying a set of pillows sight unseen, but to my surprise they were exactly what I wanted. I am not a fan of down alternative pillows and unless you're willing to spend $50 on an okay quality down pillow you're out of luck. They are exactly what you'd expect from a good quality down pillow minus the huge price tag.

I initially thought these pillows were a bit on the pricey side. However after sleeping with them for a week I don't care what I paid for them. I have been hunting for the perfect pillow for a while. My old goose down pillows had gone flat as they were a few years old. I have ordered 4 different goose down alternative pillows from here with no luck. I came across these. I am so happy with them. I love to scrunch my pillows into balls under my head. They are a perfect match if you love to ball your pillows up. They don't offer too much stand alone support. I have to sleep with both to get the thickness needed for support. Other than that I have no complaints. I highly recommend them!

I reviewed quite a few pillows before deciding to purchase these - and I based the purchase on the description and the reviews. I agree with everyone who says these are THE BEST pillows ever! I've had more expensive down pillows, down "alternative", and a few others - these have to be the best and I just love them. They are soft, yet support your head/neck, and mold to your shoulder if you sleep on your side. I move around from back/side/stomach and the pillow is comfy in all positions! Then you just give it a fluff and it's back in it's original shape and ready for next time. If you like a super comfortable pillow, that is scrunchable and soft, yet supportive - buy these!

I have such a hard time finding the "perfect pillow" for a reasonable price. I was amazed at how close these are. They are nice and fluffy, yet I can still ball it up and squish it around like I love to do. I can't do the down "alternative" pillows because no matter how expensive they are they still feel "rubbery" and not very pliable. I think these are absolutely amazing for this incredible price. Yep - definitely recommend!

I have never had a down pillow before. I bought these pillows because I have been very impressed with the quality of many other Overstock purchases. I also bought these pillows because the price is almost the same as the least expensive king size pillows I found in stores. I figured down is popular, these pillows have pretty good reviews, and I needed four king pillows! While the pillows are very flat when you receive them, they do fluff up quite well and look very pretty when fluffed and sitting on the bed, however, when I lay my head on them, it sinks very quickly and, by morning, my head is at mattress level. I find myself bunching up the pillow a few times during the night to try and get the right level of support. Having not been a fan of genuine down already, I gave a middle rating, though I much prefer the down-alternative pillows I have bought in the past.

My husband and I both have difficulties with neck discomfort while sleeping so we are always seeking the "perfect" pillow. We have alternated between down and latex pillows. Most recently, we had been using latex pillows, however, we were both beginning to experience increased discomfort.I decided to purchase the jumbo size after reading the reviews and noting the number of oz. (700 fill power) in the jumbo vs. the king size. We are both side sleepers and needed a more firm pillow and decided to purchase the jumbo size. The pillows are of excellent quality and the down loft is excellent. It molds easily to your head and neck and readily resumes the original loft when not being used.I would recommend the jumbo size. Given my experience with down pillow purchases in the past from companies that specialize in down pillows, these pillows offer outstanding quality for a price that is incredibly low. However, I am a pillow hugger and I need a queen or king size pillow, so after my excellent regard for these pillows, I have ordered two king size down pillows sold by Overstock that have 700 fill power and 36 ozs of siberian down. I expect to be as satisfied with my king size pillows as I have been with the jumbo size pillows.

I've always purchased cheap, inexpensive foam pillows from those big box discount stores until now. My husband has been complaining that his pillows were causing major back strain, and was having trouble sleeping at night. On the advice of a friend, I looked into down alternative pillows. These look and feel like the pillows you find in luxury hotels! My husband LOVES them and no longer has any back strain. I, on the other hand, am still getting used to them. It takes a little time to get used to how your head sinks into the pillow instead of laying on top. We've used these for two weeks now, and I'm about there. If it were an option, I would have given a four and a half star rating instead of my four stars for overall and comfort.
