when i got it in the mail I immediately put it in the dryer on fluff because it was very thin, but that didn't seem to help. The cover was extra large for the feather bed too. I held the feather bed up to the light to see how much feather was in each pillow and they weren't even 1/2 full. Taking the feather blanket out to wash the cover for the first time a button fell off. After washing and drying the cover shunk and now fits the feather blanket, but i have to sew the button on and reinforce the others. I thought for $59 it would be a little better than what it really is, especially after reading some of the reviews. .

Great comforter for the price!! i bought a king size for my queen size bed and it was perfect. order a size up!

I have been researching down comforters for about a month and came across this one at Overstock. I purchased a king size down comforter two years ago, but it's too big and bulky. Having lived in Europe, where each person has their own comforter, my husband and I switched. We have a queen sized bed and now each have our own twin sized comforter. These are terrific; not too bulky or hot, yet keep us warm. We live in the Northeast where the temperature has been in the "teens" at night. I loved the fact that they came with the cotton duvet. They are perfect for our needs and would highly recommend them. They not only fit our needs perfectly, but were the best value as well. Overstock had them to us in a week; great service as usual from Overstock.

First I could not believe how quickly my order arrived. Packaged wonderfully! I had absolutely no smell at all. I put the cover on immediately - layed it on the bed (I did order the King for my Queen size bed and glad I did) I pulled the ends in and by days end it was totally fluffed. It is very soft and warm! I could never afford an expensive down comforter AND purchase a duvet cover also....This is a great deal!

I didn't want to spend too much, so I was hoping this would be nice for the money. I got it in a few days and I've been using it every night. My husband is usually too hot and I'm too cold...this comforter is the best of both worlds. We're both finally comfortable! It's nice to have one great comforter and just change the duvets for a different look too. This is a GREAT deal.

I REALLY LIKE THE COMFORTER, THE ONLY IMPROVEMENT THAT I WOULD LOVE TO SEE IS A HIGHER THREAD COUNT IN THE DUVET COVER.

Purchased this July 09 after reading all the great reviews and now I know why. Great find for such a bargain price!!! Very comfortable and definitely keeps me warm and I keep my thermostat around 65 at night. I did purchase the King size for my queen size bed bec. I like lots of blanket to hang over the sides to make sure my feet dont get cold. Love it and would def. purchase again! :)

The reviews are what sold me on this comforter. I was looking for a while for a down comforter for our guest room and this is PERFECT... and it comes with a duvet cover. Some people were complaining about the quality of the cover, but it is what it is. It's a cover! The material is like a sheet and very comfortable. I was contemplating ordering up a size as many people recommended, but when I actually measured what the king size was, I didn't want the comforter hanging longer that the decorative comforter that would be on top of it, so I stuck with the queen and was very glad I did. I guess it depends how deep your mattress is. Anyway, overall, I am very satisfied with the comforter and so were my guests! No feathers, no smell, not "crunchy"... totally great and you CAN'T beat the price!!

I bought this down comforter for my teenager. Although San Diego has mild winters, the comforter keeps my daughter very warm even on the cold nights. The comforter and duvet cover are a great value.

I got this last night. It is the first time I've purchased anything from O, but I think I will be using them a lot now! I can not get over what a great value this was. It looks great, the material is soft and crisp. I love it. I got the king size set for my Queen bed, it has just the right amount of extra over the sides like I love. It is not too heavy. I did put the duvet cover on sideways at first so it appeared to not fit correctly but when I turned it, it fit perfect. It would be an easy mistake, so some of the reviews that say the cover didn't fit, may need to turn theirs. It is a lot of Duvet when you get the King size, so I see how it would be an easy mistake. Just remember to line the tags with the buttons and you will have it right! Would buy again.

I've done a lot of research on down comforters and even read a lot of reviews. I chose this one because it has a lot of good reviews and the price, wow! When it finally came, i was impressed. There was hardly any odor when i remove it from the plastic cover. It can be easily aired out. The duvet cover didn't really bother me much because its purpose is to protect the comfortor especially when I have a dog who sleeps on my bed every night. The moment I crawled underneath it the first night (perfect timing, it had gotten chilly and didn't turn on heater yet) I was almost in heaven. Wow!! I love it!! I love it!! I love it!! When I woke up the following morning, I DID NOT want to get out of bed! What more can I say??? One more thing, I ordered king sized for my queen, there were PLENTY of it draping over the sides of my bed which I like. My personal preference.

I am in love with this comforter. I love that it's lightweight and warm. It's simple but it's all that I need epsecially since I live in Florida, where the weather tends to get very hot. It looks great on my bed because it's so plushy and clean especially with the duvet cover! And I must say that the comforter is indeed really soft and snug, despite what other people have said about the crunchy sounds the feathers made. This is the best comforter I've had so far. not a super fluffy down comforter, but still very nice. it came with a much stronger smell than other down comforters ive gotten, (it took 5 days of hanging it outside on the line for the odor to finally go away) the duvet cover is nothing fancy and stays pretty wrinkled, which isnt something that i mind. overall i think its a good buy if you want a nice medium/thin thickness down comforter.

This is my 4th down comforter (this is the first one purchased from Overstock). The others have been too heavy and bulky or had problems with all the down "pooling" in the corners. This one was less expensive but better. The weight is great and the duvet cover fits perfectly. The price is terrific and the value is really there. All in all, this bargain is just what I was looking for! PS no smell either

I ordered 2 of these for my kids. Their old ones just wore out. The comforters are stitched into squares all the way through, which should help with keeping the down at least in the squares. I think it will still bunch up within each one with time though. They did smell a bit and the kids complained, but I hung them outside on a sunny day and then stuck them in the dryer w.bounce sheets. The smell was more faint, and gone in a couple of days. The fabric is nothing fancy, but not as thin as some. The comforter covers are plain white, wrinkle easily, but they fit well and are part of the price. I am glad to have them. The comforters seem quite warm, my kids are constantly uncovering themselves. Will be good for cooler nights. Glad I got them overall/

This is so comfortable! It's a great buy for the price. My bed is pretty high off the ground so I purchased a King size. It is still a little shorther in length than I would like though.

the comforter was very pretty, but the packaging on the duvet cover was unzipped and the duvet cover had yellowed along the top... this was given as a wedding gift and there was no time to exchange it... it could have been such a wonderful gift except for this, because it didnt look new..

This was a great bargain and I love the comforter. The fact that I don't have to go out and buy a duvet cover is even better! It is a very lightweight comforter but warm. I have a down mattress topper as well. Between the topper and the comforter, I feel like I'm sleeping in the clouds. Absolute bliss!

I was very pleased with this purchase. the comforter is big and fluffy and very warm. Great for snuggling.The duvet cover was an excellent addition. Wonderful all together.
