The construction of this is great, and the loft is phenomenal! It makes a huge difference in a night's sleep, when placed over a 2" memory foam!

I absolutely love this comforter however if you are looking for a more 'plush' comforter don't go for the alternative down, search for just down. I made this mistake however am very happy with this product. I am using this for my college dorm room in Alabama and I know it will be warm enough! Overstock.com is a great website and I recommend it to all. I purchased sheets, towels and foam from here and absolutely LOVE them!

These pillows are pretty fantastic too. I bought a pair of those to go with my memory foam pillows - a little extra soft to offset the expected firmness of the others. They haven't let me down and I still think it was a good buy. Don't forget to get your pillow covers to keep them safe from mites and goo.

It definitely has pockets of feathers not fully spread throughout like a foam matress topper perhaps. I still like it and continue to use it.

Great product, much better than regular foam mattresses.

These are lofty at first, but the fact that the "stuffing" can be moved and plumped make them wonderful for sleeping and for my cats. I love them on the bed and sleep on them. I sleep on a smaller down pillow, but these have their use. Great.

Got to put on top of a memory foam bed to add a little coziness. It is soft and just like it looks in the picture.

Feels great and sleeps great! Only complaint I have is it doesn't quite fit the bed. I have a regular king size bed but it was short on both the sides and the top/bottom. I ordered King size but it really doesn't fit well, but it is very comfy. Helps relieve the pressure points of my hips and back.

This is an excellent choice for a bed topper. It is soft and reminds you of the beds in the top notch hotels. You fall asleep instantly when sleeping on these toppers and always awake refreshed. I would purchase another one and definitely recommend to friends.

I hated giving up my favorite feather pillow but my allergies were making it necessary. I hate foam and poly-fill pillows, they're uncomfortable and hurt my ears. So I've been looking for an alternative. This is it. I'm not a big fan of down pillows--no support, and all the down alternative pillows I've seen have been outrageously expensive, or like down--flat. When I saw these I thought I could combine the two if necessary. I was very pleasantly surprised by these pillows. Very soft, no hurting ears, and they have enough support for me. Mind you they don't have a lot of support, they are NOT FIRM pillows, just much more than typical down, yet they are as soft as down. For the price they are definately worth trying.

Nice, cushiony support for the back. Relieves pressure points and is incredibly comfortable.

It felt like I was sleeping on a bed of large rocks. I hate this and because of the return policy I am stuck with it.

This is the kind of pillow I love. Your head sinks into it-if you like a firm foam feel this is not the pillow to buy. It really does feel like down feathers without the allergic possibility associated with feathers.

Since I paid more for this comforter I expected more and I think down alternative is a mistake. I washed it and it got all bunched up in areas and flat in others...it looks terrible and doesn't sit smooth looking on my bed anymore, I have to put a blanket over it for it to look presentable. This is a VERY heavy comforter and not something even in New England you would use but more than a few months out of the year as you wake up sweating, especially with a memory foam topper under you. Really disappointed. I wouldn't have bought this had I known better, but the reviews were all good. The feather down ones seem to maintain their shape better for longer periods of time.

This is very comfortable, I have a memory foam top matress, but it needed a little more softness, and this was perfect. It goes very well with the down alternative gel pillows... like sleeping on clouds!

It's not too thick, not too thin... it's just right. It feels like sleeping on a cloud. It's better than a feather bed, as it doesn't matt down, get lumpy, and because there are no feathers, you don't get stuck with any quills. It's also not over-heating like a feather bed can be. I put this on top of a memory foam mattress and it's the most comfortable night's sleep ever!

I really do like these pillows. I think they provide excellent supplements to several pillows which are made of rather hard memory foam. I place a hard memory foam pillow as a base and then use 1 or 2 of these down alternative pillows to additionally support my neck as I may feel is necessary. This purchase provided a great value/dollar ratio.

We love this comforter! It's nice and warm. The size is perfect too, completely covers our foam mattress and topper. Down alternative is different than a regular goose down comforter tho if that's what you are used too. It's nice quite as fluffy but denser and a little heavy, very very warm. I am quite pleased with this purchase.

My husband and I had purchased a Memory foam bed and have been struggling to get used to the hardness of it. We exchanged the first memory foam bed for a softer one and still needed a bit more softness. So after reading the reviews on this topper, we decided to give it a try. We just needed a little extra softness and something to keep us a little cooler. We were very pleased with the results of this topper. We both have been sleeping much better and cooler. We also aren't waking up sore everyday. We went with the down alternative since my daughter is allergic to down. We got the topper for our standard king mattress and it fit great. I would recommend this product.

Throw pillows covered in delicate fabrics, such as wool or silk, will have to be dry-cleaned, as will throw pillows stuffed with down or feathers. Foam-filled throw pillows with cotton covers or other washable materials, however, can be washed -- some even by machine. Nevertheless, even if a pillow appears washable, always consult the washing instruction label before attempting to wash a throw pillow -- or you may be in for an unpleasant surprise when you remove the pillow from the washing machine.
