Color is way off, but still happy
I've had this for about 2 years now. The color says 'platinum', but it's more tan than silver. The picture online is way off. I kept it anyway because I like the style. I'm not using the sheets anymore because they kept sliding up on the corners - annoying. The comforter, shams, and bedskirt still look great, though.

IN LOVE WITH IT!!!
As I had read the reviews, I was not expecting it to be anywhere near metal/gray as it appears; it's definitely more in the neutral brown family. Anyhow, it's PERFECT and we LOVE it. We've had it about 6 months now and it's still like new. It's *incredibly* warm and we can't use it now that it's getting warmer, but it's our fall/winter set and makes me feel like I'm staying in the lap of luxury instead of just in my bedroom at home. I love it and it was worth much more than I had to pay for it; my best overstock purchase to date!

Not quite like the picture
I LOVE my new bedding, but I would warn others to take a good look at it. It's hard to tell from the pictures, but it really isn't that "platinum" - it's more of a champagne-ish color. It still looks great with our black furniture. Overall, it's great and the slight color difference isn't worth sending it back.

Hmmm....
The comforter is great, as are the bedskirt and the pillow covers, but the sheets are rough. I disagree with a previous comment about the color scheme. The comforter has brown undertones, and the sheets are cream.

I read the reviews before I purchased the bedding. I knew that it was more brownish than platinum. It's beautiful and goes great with my decor.
