The pillows are not as firm as I would like, and I thought I was getting a high enough fill power for them to be a little firmer. But the biggest disappointment is the covering, which lets little bits of down and feather slip through constantly. I have now covered them with pillow protectors to solve that problem. Otherwise, they're decent enough down/feather pillows at a good price.
Seems like a high-quality pillow but I've never owned a down-filled pillow before. I knew it would be fluffy but is the weight of your head supposed to push ALL the fill to the sides? My head might as well be resting on the mattress. There is zero suppport.
I love down pillows. And these are a great buy. Everyone I've recommended the to...has loved them too. I read a lot of reviews and noticed some complained the label reads 75% down. I Googled and educated myself on down pillows and the labels. According to what I read no one can claim to have 100% down. And 75% for a 650 fill is pretty standard. And by law you must have a minimum of 75% down. The higher the fill power...you may have a higher minimum. But it also never believe a salesman that claims 100% down.
I wanted a medium pillow that was soft and fluffy. This pillow has no body whatsoever. I am even a face-sleeper at times but to sleep on my side I had to bunch the whole pillow (a king) up to have anything to rest on. I would not recommend it.
i purchased these for my boyfriend, who is a 3-4 hour sleeper - then wakes up. The first night he slept on this pillow, he was asleep for 8 hours straight. He had a restful and glorious sleep! Purchased two for his master bedroom in Hawaii. Thank you Danzsk and Overstock.com for a lovely product! C. Covy
I think it should have had about double the stuffing that it has. If I lay my head on it, I literally feel like my head is laying on the bed rather than the pillow. I have to use both of them to feel like I have a pillow. Very displeased with the purchase.
