Products sealed in plastic packaging sometimes have a disagreeable scent because of concentrated natural fibers. A few hours of airing typically removes the odor.

this pillow was desplayed as being very firm
This was listed as the densest, hardest pillow for side sleepers. I found it to be way too soft and would classify it as just that....a soft pillow.

Not as firm as i wanted them, they are good quality though. If you like the softer pillow this one is for you but if you need more support you might wanna consider another pillow.

Not what I expected but good quality
From the description of the product I was expecting a "firm" pillow. I was thrown off by the words "Softie Around". I did not think this was referring to the firmness of the pillow but more to thread count of the pillow. What I received was a very squishy soft pillow with absolutely no support for your head (thus the description "softie around"). In fact the pillow was so quishy you need to bend it in half to support your head. I did not even try to sleep on it. I took one feel and shipped it back right away. As an aside, I was also notified that I would receive a refund for only one pillow when I had purchased two. I called customer service and they took care of it immediately bgut it was still a hassle to have to deal with this. As for the quality, it looked like a very well made pillow.

Prickly sleep?
After a couple of months of regular use, the pin feathers started coming out of the case. Imagine sleeping on a cactus.

Nice but a little stiff
This is a comfortable pillow but a bit on the stiff side for a stomach sleeper. Also it is not quite king sized, close, but described as jumbo.

Love my Pillows
I had this pillows for few days and I love them. I use them with my Comfort Dreams Memory foam mattress that I purchased from Overstock and they are really comfortable. I went for the Extra firm option and would recommend this product.
