    Down and feather-filled products are packaged tightly during shipping. Upon receipt, remove this item from its packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours for full loft recovery. In addition, products sealed in plastic packaging sometimes have a disagreeable scent because of concentrated natural fibers. A few hours of airing typically removes the odor.

    We recommend that this item is fluffed at least once a week to maintain down distribution.

      I ordered this for my guest room and was not disappointed. It is soft and sumptuous, the fabric has a silken finish and feels very luxurious. I wanted a rich but casual feel to the room and this gave it that feel. My husband was very impressed. The subtle floral patten is soft and neutral. I can't wait to have overnight guests to show it off! If you are thinking of ordering, do it......you'll be very happy you did.

      Soft and exceedingly warm. No blanket necessary. I put it on the bed over my sheets. I was surprised that without a blanket in wintry, freezing Ohio, it's almost too warm.

      I loved it when I first received it and love it even more now that it has endured my many washes. I bought this comforter apprx. 6 months ago, I have washed it numerous times and still appear new. It has the perfect weight, feel and most importantly IT DOESN’T SHED like other downs. Buy with confidence. Oh, the color is like an ivory or antique white (offwhite) with grey flower print, beautiful!

    • my favorite down comforter

      I'm a fan of down comforters and i actually initially bought this one because it was a good price and i needed something new. my dogs sleep with me and i was getting sick of pricey bedding and having them wear it out sooner than it should. SO i bought this for the good value and absolutely adore it. it is so comfortable and very elegant looking as well. the bonus pillows are also quite mushy soft and comfortable in the shams. the original one i bought is on my guest bed and i picked up another one for the master bedroom! when i had a friend staying in my guest room, she fell in love with this comforter and then bought one for herself too. you'll be surprised by the quality for the price on this one.

    • Best Comforter I've EVER Purchased!

      I've never owned a down comforter before and for the past 2 years I've been going on line to check them all out. I saw this one and loved the pattern. I am ALWAYS cold and I wanted to be sure it was going to be warm. I read the reviews and most seemed to say it was very warm so I took the chance and bought it. I've never been happier! You can feel the warmth in a matter of a minute! I use to wear socks to bed because my feet would always be cold. Now I wake up extremely warm! For the price you couldn't ask for better!!!

      I loved the comforter, it is magnificent. The pillows can be ditched, I felt the feather quills pricking my neck, but buy it for the comforter, the pillows are totally superfluous.
