Fluffy....but
These are nice pillows and they fit the shams/cases well. However they are fluffy - or more poofy. I was looking for a firm pillow and while it has some firmness, it's just too fluffy to comfortably sleep on in my opinion. If they took out a little more poof they'd be perfect.
