I bought 2 twin size blankets for our girls and a king size one for my husband and I. The blankets are beautiful and VERY soft and confortable. Where we have the problem is that the cords or the control box seem to be pretty sensitive. The controls seem to Error out a lot. It doesn't happen as often on the twin size blankets as it does on the king size. Our king size blanket one side errors out more than the other. You have to make sure the blanket is layed out perfectly and not stretched or kinked and also make sure that the wires from the outlet to the blanket are straight. But they are very cozy and comfortable when working. The kids love them.

I like the blanket fine , it keeps me nice and warm all night long I have it on a queen size bed a full siz e is large enough for it..........

on high, you could hardly tell that it was heating. I bought another brand from overstock and on the 5 setting you were practically cooking. I just may have gotten one defective blanket, because our weather in TX didn't get cold until mid December and I bought it November 1, I am over the 30 days and could only get maybe a 50% refund.

I was really pleased with this electric blanket. It was bought for a gift and really nice and plush.The receipent loves it. Very nice quality.

I read the reviews of various electric blankets before deciding on this one. I saw majority of the reviews were great, but my blanket does hold the heat temperature. The controls repeatedly replaces the temp setting with an E for error - and the blanket goes cold. I've tried this numerous times.So sad, i was really looking forward to cozing up with the blanket this winter.

Love the Quality, Look, and Feel of the Fabric. Very cozy. One thing; it didnt heat up. Was very dissappointed I had to return it but customer service was very good. One suggestion though; When returning an item Overstock should send the replacement item out first and allow you to send the defective item back in that package with a pre-paid label. Much faster and less of an inconvenience to the consumer. Too many cold nights without my blanky...

I love the way this blanket looks & feels. It is extremely soft & I love the controller which sits vertically so you can see it easily from the bed. So far, it has washed nicely staying soft & fabulous. The only thing I don't like about this blanket as compared to my old electric blanket is it just doesn't get the bed as warm prior to actually getting in bed. When it's cold, I love getting into a bed that is more than just warm. Even without a comforter, my old blanket used to get blazing hot & I'd have to turn it down to about 2 before falling asleep. Not so with this one. It's only warmish when I get in bed. Even after turning it on an hour before.I still like it a lot & would definitely recommend it but I wish I had known that before I purchased it. I may have decided on something else.

I was so excited to finally receive this blanket, it feels very soft, and plush, like the quality is good. BUT why does it NOT heat up? I have no idea whats wrong with it so I'm just going to return it! I'm sure it would have been well worth the money if it would actually get warm

I purchased a King size with dual controls and am pretty happy with it so far. I immediately washed/dried it (twice) because other reviews stated how badly it sheds, but I didn't notice a problem with shedding. Perhaps that's because I matched the blanket color to to the bedding to minimize the effect. I did notice right away that one side heats up faster than the other. I wouldn't say the blanket heats up super-fast, but it heats in a reasonable amount of time. On my bed, I simply have sheets and a lightweight down comforter most of the year. This blanket is definitely for winter use only. It's very thick and there are many nights we don't even need the heat on to stay warm. It's too warm (even without the heat) for fall and spring, but it is heaven on those freezing, winter nights!

I wanted an electric blanket so bad, I live in the downstairs of a house and it is always so cold, I'm always cold though, I bought this blanket and it is so soft, cuddly and warm and I can set it to whatever heat control I want, I absolutely love it and how soft it is, I could stay in bed all day!!!!!Thanks!!!~Wizzy!

I was expecting a traditional electric blanket, you control the temp .. however this one was a new experience. The temperture is keep at a high of 15 degrees above the ambient termp. Hoever, it was great getting into a warm bed!!

The quick heat feature is nice. This blanket seems quite good. I find that if I put another blanket over it that was not doing the trick by itself, that I can uses a lover setting ont he electic which might lower costs of operation.

Every now and then the blanket needs to be "reset". It shows error codes. Going to the internet it shows folks complaining about the same. Its a fairly easy fix but not necessary. I would not purchase this electric blanket again.

We purchased one of these for each member (6) of our family so they would be able to maintain their own individual warmth control no matter what the household thermostat is set on. The first one stopped working within a few weeks. Within the first winter season all of them stopped working. Very disappointing.

The electric blanket when we first got it work very well, then after 5 months the shut off didn't shut off and nearly started a fire . If I hadn't of notice the heat on the bed we would have burnt up at 3 am in the morning.

This is an excellent item for those cold nights and for those who don't use their heater a lot. Unforutnatley, I do not suggest buying it if you have pets. One of my cats took some nibbles in the cord and got shocked. Cat is fine but blanket is no use to me after only using for a week or two. I am too afriad to continue using it or even wrapping the damaged part with electrical tape.

Exactly as described. My daughter loves it because it is a cozy and soft full-length twin size blanket instead of the smaller size of a throw like most others on the market. Overstock was the only place I could find a microplush in this size. Quick delivery also.

I ordered 2 of the full size blankets. Received them in a timely manor. The blankets feel wonderful. Very soft without any stiff wiring. One of the controls was faulty and I contacted customer service and they sent a new control without any problems. Great customer service. Great blanket. We had a cold spell the week after receiving the blanket and it kept us warm in 27 degree weather outside and we don't heat the house at night. If I happen to toss and turn and bunch up the blanket and then lay on it, the safety feature engages and turns off the blanket keeping it from overheating.
