I received this quilt in 4 days and the $2.95 shipping charge is a bargain too. I wanted to change my summer country quilt for one that would better compliment my traditional bedroom set. The qult is beautiful and very well made. The ivory is a true natural ivory. I was concerned when I saw the dimensions on the shams but they work just great with my standard feather & down pillows and they have a generous flap and ties in the back to keep them closed. I measured them and they are 21 x 27 inches It was a little stiff out of the package and had that plastic smell but I was planning on laundering it before use anyway. I washed in cold water per instructions and then hung on the line to prevent shrinkage. (It is the perfect fit for my pilow top queen and I do not have to use a dust ruffle because it falls below the frame.) Then I put in the dryer on low for 10 minutes to fluff. Not a bit of shrinkage, no loose threads and it is so soft. I love that it is 100% cotton so I can use it most of the year in Arizona. (When it gets cold, I will use the Hungarian goose down comforter that I got from overstock last year.) Thank you Overstock.com for offering such a good value. I'll be back.

I really loved the quilt, the paisley stitching design was done very well and looked like a much more expensive quilt than what I actually paid for it, love it ! I did order a king for a Queen size bed cause I have a very tall bed and wanted it to drape down a little more so it worked out perfectly, Thanks Again Overstock!

I just received my quilts and I could not wait to send this review...I am sooo pleased with my purchase!! I ordered 2 one red and one chocolate and they are both high quality and beautiful. I am glad I followed another reviewer's advise and ordered a King Size for my Queen Size bed...it was a perfect fit!!

I'd been trying to find the perfect quilt for several months and ordered two different quilts online only to be dissappointed with the quality as they never seem to look like they do in the picture. I'd tried the major department stores here in NYC and hadn't found anything there either. Finally, I took a chance on this quilt and received it this week. I have to say that it is quite lovely (nicer than the picture). It's also 100% cotton, which is exactly what I've been looking for (many are polyester or blends). This is perfect for cold nights when the comforter is not quite warm enough, for daytime naps and for warm summer nights. I smile whenever I look at the quilt--that's how happy I am with it!

The spread was good quality but was a little small. I am worried about washing because if it shrinks it will not fit the king size bed.

Beautiful and great quality!! Runs a little small- I have a Queen bed and wish I would have gotten a King but my bed sits high off the ground... other than that I could not be more pleased!!!

I got my Cooper Paisley quilt set yesterday. First the pros: The King quilt is larger at 106x92 compared to other King quilts/comforters at 102x86. A Cal-King mattress is 4” narrower and 4” longer than a King. Since the quilt has scallops on all four sides and the paisley pattern is undirectional, it makes a perfect coverlet for a Cal-King bed when the quilt is turned sideways. Even after washing and drying in the dryer, it hangs down 15” on all three sides. Now the cons: I ordered the chocolate color. When I opened the package it was covered with white lint. I tried to brush it off but found that much of it was attached as though the quilting had been done with a dull needle and bits of the white backing/batting between the layers of chocolate colored fabric had been pushed through with the stitches. Not all of the quilting was that way, but way too much. I washed and dried the set to remove the chemical odor (smell is gone) and hoped it would puff up the quilting and make the white disappear. It did not. I spent 2 hours with duct tape wrapped around my hand patting the quilt trying to remove loose lint which, in the laundry, had attached itself to the quilting thread as “pills.” There were also quite a few globs of thread where the quilting machine messed up and I had no choice but to cut them off and hope for the best. Probably if I had ordered a white or light colored quilt set, the poor quality quilting would have been less of an issue as it would not have been as noticeable. There is evidently very poor quality control within this manufacturing company as many people who have purchased the identical quilt set have left glowing reviews and I have to believe they received a different quilt than I did. It makes it difficult to purchase from Overstock when quality is a gamble. All it takes is a few poorly made products to negate the savings you got from the good ones. Return shipping is a costly option.

This is the third matlesse cover in my house. They are wonderful, easy to take care of, just throw it in the washer and it comes out looking like new. If you have children, guests or pets, it is the perfect product. When they leave a mess or it just needs to be freshened up, just wash it and everyone will think it is always new. Enjoy!

I LIKED THE QUILT SET SO MUCH THAT I ORDERED THE MATCHING SHEET SET. THE SHEETS WERE VEERY SOFT AND COZY. ALL TOGETHER THIS MADE A GREAT LOOKING BED FOR COMPANY. VERY GLAD I ORDERED BOTH.

This is a beautiful coverlet quilt. However the color "chocolate" that is sold in various locations varies in intensity. This was much darker than the other furnishings in the room and didnt match my other thing (draperies, etc) I regret that I may have to return it.

After reading the reviews and ordering this item, I wasn't dissappointed! The quality far exceeded what I expected for the price. Looks beautiful as a bedspread-fine stitching and a nice neutral ivory color to match everything. Ordered the king size for a queen bed. It's just the right weight to provide that extra warmth on a chilly night. Great value!

The color was "as pictured," and the look of the quilt was "as described." Best of all, the MEASUREMENTS were EXACTLY as given, and that helped to make this purchase a perfect fit for a coverlet for our King-sized bed. Thanks again, Overstock! BobbieLynn

This is a beautiful quilt at a very reasonable price. It looks very nice and is a perfect weight. While some quilts are short on the bed, this one fit very well. I would highly recommend it.

Purchased for a full size guest bed. This is lovely and covers enough that a bed skirt is not needed at all. Looks lovely in its simplicity and the scalloped edge lends a very nice touch.

Very pretty paisley stitching, I purchased ivory and dearly love it...ended up buying another to layer the look on my bed!

Before taking my quilt out of it's plastic bag I KNEW I was going to love it. The paisley patters is absolutley beautiful, shabby chic with a modern feel. The only thing that kept it from a five star rating was 6 different spots where a black piece of fabric or wad of thread that hitch-hiked under the white cotten top and can be seen as a dark shadow on the quitl. But I loved the pattern so much I'm willing to ignore the little dark shadows :) All in all I think this set is well worth the money and would recommend it to others.

I purchased this quilt set to use in a master bedroom, layering it with other quilts and patterns. The white color is a nice cool white, not too bright or with any yellow undertones. It is light weight and the paisley quilt pattern is there, but not overwhelming. It is the same on both sides - which I like, being white and having a dog. I am using on a queen size platform bed, no box spring, so the drop on the sides is generous. I haven't washed it yet, but the thread count looks good, so I expect it to hold up well. I think this is a great buy!

This mattelasse set looks SO pretty on my bed.....I choose white, and it is a VERY white! I made 2 turquoise decorative pillows & it looks SO nice! The quality is VERY good!!!!

It is as beautiful as in the photo....and supple. It's not stiff and unwieldy like some bed linens you order.
