Work, but are NOT the same as 100% cotton
I bought these in an effort to keep from waking up every single night from night sweats. They do work to wick moisture away, but they are heavier than I expected for a 300 thread count sheet, and not SOFT like a 100% cotton sheet would be (which is my normal bed linen). Comparing cotton and these sheets is comparing apples and oranges though. They are NOT exactly what I expected, but they do seem to be doing their job. The fitted sheet does fit my king sized double pillow top mattress with no issues at all and the flat sheet is plenty large enough all the way around. Overstock by far had the best price on these sheets when I comparison shopped. I wish the manufacturer would put information in the package about how to launder. It is my understanding that to keep the wicking working as it should, you should NOT use fabric softener on these in any way, shape, or form. This includes dryer sheets.
