I bought this pillow and aired it out as suggested, only longer. I put two pillowcases on it and could just barely smell the pillow. The pillow weighs a ton! It feels soft and giving in your hands, but is like a rock to sleep on. I slept on it once and woke with a very sore neck and back..I'll never use it again. Sorry I bought it.

This pillow is worth the money. It is very cool to start, although it does heat up after a while. I have two, so when one heats up, I switch to the other and am able to stay cool all night.

I ordered this pillow because it sounded like a good choice. It was not a wise purchase. The pillow doesn't feel like a quality product. The material isn't soft, The foam doesn't feel any cooler than my other Memory Foam pillow. I think it's misleading to describe it as cooler. It's hard, not soft. I am sorry to have purchased a pair of them. I will donate them to charity.

I love this pillow. I am a heavy side sleeper and have (unrelated) problems with my neck. This pillow has relieved me of major tension and I have only been using it a week. It is comfortable and maintains a supportive height throughout the night, unlike some pillows that let my head sink in too low.

I just got my pillow and have used it for four nights without getting a sweaty neck. The support is very good, but it's also soft at the same time. I've woken up refreshed each morning This is a great pillow for a great price. I saw this pillow listed at another big internet store at a much higher price. I would recommend this to a friend. The only negative thing about the pillow is that it has a slight plastic/rubber smell, probably because of the materials it's made out of. But I fall asleep so quickly, it doesn't seem to matter that much! I'm so glad I got this pillow!

This pillow is great. Nice fabric and well made. I have severe neck problems and I haven't woken up with any neck pain since I bought this pillow. Keeps your head from tilting up or down (spine level) when sleeping on your side.

When I saw this pillow on The Doctors, I was excited to have a pillow that remained cool even when I was very warm. It is very cool when you first lay on it, but after a few minutes it warms up just like every other pillow I own does. It is comfortable, but doesn't keep cool as advertised.

It's a comfortable foam pillow, but it's not nearly as cooling as I had hoped (and been led to believe on "The Doctors" TV show). It feels cool when you first put your head down on it, but, like other pillows, it warms up quickly and stays warm. Okay but not special.

Best pillow I have used and I have bought a lot of them. Holds the shape very well and is cool which helps since I get too warm when sleeping. Was a little more expensive than I had hoped, but if it lasts and does well, I will settle for that.

I love it! Cool corners and I need to turn it during the night, but I love it!

This pillow is very comfortable and keeps your head cool most of the night. I have to flip it over maybe once during the night.Some of the other reviews have stated that it's too hard. Everyone is different and I have neck problems and it works great for me. Also I am a side sleeper.I would recommend this pillow. Love it!

I like very firm pillows but this did not support my head or neck at all. My first night sleeping on it I woke up in the middle of the night with such a stiff neck I had to get rid of it and start using another pillow.

I am a side sleeper and have neck & shoulder problems - have not slept well for years. Have tried a multitude of pillows through the years- even from my Chiropractor. The IsoCool Memory foam is is THE BEST pillow I have ever slept on. Yes- it is firm- just as described. If you want a soft pillow- do not buy these. And there is a slight odor- I've only had the pillows for 3 nights. I don't care if the odor ever goes away as long as I can sleep as well as I have since receiving the pillows. The chronic pain in my neck due to bone spurs and the tension in my shoulder muscles have greatly decreased. And - an added bonus-- hubby hardly snores now! I will definitely take these pillows with me when traveling.

It took a couple of days to transition to a GOOD pillow but now I LOVE it! It's comfy and supports my neck. I highly recommend.

I bought this pillow for my fiance as a birthday present. It almost eliminated his snoring on the first night! He is thrilled that it has tremendously reduced his neck and shoulder pain. Well worth the money because he is sleeping more soundly, not to mention that I am too!

We bought this along with the same contour pillow. I have a bad neck. The odor is simply terrible. We've had this pillow for over a week and the smell is still bad. Bad enough that we tossed out the 4 pillows we bought. This memory foam is hard. Like sleeping on a brick. The cotton cover feels and looks cheap. We shop alot on Overstock. We are ususally very pleased with our purchases. Not these. Just awful.
