These were just what I needed - non-plastic bags for storing bulky sleeping bags and comforters. They hold a lot and let the blankets breathe while protecting them from dust. They had a slight odor when I opened them so I tossed them in the washer and they came out fine. The fabric is not terribly sturdy (like sheets) but will work fine sitting in the closet.

Love these bags! They are huge, and you don't have to wrestle to get your down comforter into one. Yes, they smelled funky right out of the package, but I sprayed them with Febreeze and hung them outside for an hour - problem solved!

I ordered this set of bags to store a california king down comforter, a same size quilt and pillows.....they do the job well. They keep the bulky items contained and clean. I store them on the top rack of my closet, where they are out of the way, yet handy to get to. I have not washed them yet, but will do on a gentle cycle wash and low dryer heat to avoid any problems.

These fabric bags are roomy and are perfect for storing my down comforters.

Most of the reviewers state to have fitted a comforter pretty easily, however, I struggled to place two blankets from Costco. I gave it four stars because this product is a good alternative to a comforter chest. The chemical like smell was aired out by leaving the sacks on the deck for two days. No need to spray Febreeze (yikes).

This item is a good alternative to putting comforters away for storage. As anyone with a king size bed knows, storing these blankets is difficult. When you add silkiness to the issue, staying neat and folded presents difficulty. This storage bag not only addresses that issue, it also allows the comforter to "breathe". That was important to me.....

An excellent light-weight bag for comforter storage. The ties that are pulled to close the bags are long and thick and allow the bag to be completely closed and reopened with ease. I would recommend this product.

I received these storage bags just in time to put heavy winter comforter and blankets away in storage. One bag help a queen down comforter with duvet perfectly with space for closure. An extra (2) set of bags will be nice for additional blanket storage.! A very satisfied customer here- thank you!

Good quality extra large pure cotton sacs, great for storing down comforters (really roomy even for a king size one), and wash beautifully.

It's like everyone said thus far. They smell but they work. I put a full sized down comforter into one of the bags. To get the smell out I washed and dried them twice.

Generous size cotton breathable fabric storage bag for my queen size down comforter. Highly recommended. Couldn't find suitable similar storage in local retail stores. Good quality and very reasonable shipping cost.

Bags seem to work great. Bags are large enough for any size comforter and duvet. The fit is such that the comforter is not packed in, there is plenty of room for the comforter to breathe.

These are the big guns -- they store the huge oversized comforters, pillows, blankets.....I LOVE Them and plan on buying another set.

I purchased this set of three bags to store duvets in, and they are perfect. They ARE large, as one reviewer commented, and to me, this is a huge plus. I was able to fit a puffy double/queen size duvet in the bag, draw the drawstring, and store the bag on a shelf in my closet for the summer months. I like the fact that the bags are breathable cotton, not plastic. When I first opened the bags, I hung them on my clothesline on the back patio to air out. This took care of the slight chemical odor that I noticed when they were first unwrapped. I've used all three bags for duvets and am very happy with them. They could be used to store pillows, blankets, or anything large and soft.

The bags smell awful ... like gasoline ... will be returning them for credit.

these storage bags are for storing elephants!! its my fault I didn't not pay attention to the dimensions-I had to return them-they were useless unless you have a giant barn to put them in

These storage bags are as described. They easily fit comforters, but smaller blankets and pillows as well. I only wish I'd ordered something like this sooner. They are great for storing and tucking things away for the season.
