The fabric that this is made out of is rough and itchy. I would have liked to return it but I waited too long hoping it would get better. I loved the colors.
This comforter set was exactly as pictured. For the price, it is a great deal.
I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a new comforter set because I wasn't sure what I wanted but needed one now and this is ok for the cost. It was cheap and that is how it looks and feels.....can be dressed up with different throw pillow.
Ordered two sets for a room with twin beds. The comforters and shams were beautiful and really brightened up the room. The green is a lime green but not over the top. The shams fit well over standard pillows and the comforter was plenty long enough. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that it would have been nice to have bedskirts that matched. Unless you can find a solid lime green to match the green in the comforter, you're stuck with black or white, neither of which is desirable. There is already so much white in the comforter, and black will be a dust magnet.
While the set is pretty, the fabric is a little "Loud" as some have said. By loud, they mean that the fabric is almost a plastic feel. The description calls is "faux-silk" which is not even close. I also received different decorative pillows than described. Overstock is working with me on that, though. Overall, it's great for the price. The fabric is not luxurious, but what do you want for $$$? 4 pillows, 2 shams, 1 comforter... that's incredibly inexpensive when you think about it. Overall, I LOVE how it looks, but wish they'd used a softer fabric.
