2 in. Mattress Topper
We purchased a new mattress, but found that it was too firm and hard on the hips when sleeping on our sides.. We put the new mattress topper with egg crate side down on the top, under a padded mattress pad. What a difference. Just enough cushioning to get a good night's sleep, but not feeling like it was too soft..

Memory Foam Mattress Pad
The pad is super! There was very little odor when the package was opened and we let it sit for a couple of days to reshape and to remove any lingering odor, then put it on the bed - it was an amazing difference, both my husband and I were waking up with aches and pains from our mattress and after sleeping on the mattress pad the pains were gone, we both seem to sleep more soundly and wake up less at night. For the price it can't be beat! I will be ordering another pad soon for my daughter's bed.

Highloft 2-inch Memory Foam Mattress Topper
I have the worst mattress in the world. I could feel the springs poking me in the back every night. I wanted a new mattress, but I figured I'd wait. That's why I chose to get a mattress topper. This one was inexpensive and I had heard great things about Overstock.com. I couldn't believe the price. I was expecting that something might be wrong with it. When I did receive it, it looked perfect and fluffed up within minutes. There was no bad smell at all. I put it on my bed and I was so happily surprised. It made my bed a hundred times better. The only thing I can say that was iffy about this purchase was the shipping. It took longer than I expected, but in the end it was worth the wait. I have never used Overstock.com before, but I will definitely be back.

Super comfy, should have gotten the bigger size
This is a good topper. I have a not-so-great mattress and this makes a world of difference; it feels great to fall in bed now! I have it with the egg-crate pattern down (so smooth side up) and it feels great. When I flip it over (egg-crate up) I wake up with back pain.It does tend to trap body heat quite a bit, and with two people in bed it gets pretty warm! ;-) It will probably be great in the winter (only had it for a few months now in the hot Chicago summers).BIG TIP!! Get the biggest size! Since they are all the same you can cut it to fit your bed, or double it up and probably feel like you're floating on a cloud! I only got the size I needed; not a smart deal... Oh well!By the way, mine had NO "chemical" smell or whatnot to it, and unrolled itself within a few hours (Twin XL size).

Sleeping with ease
I must say I was not sure if I will like the topper due to the low cost. But I was wrong and what a great buy. I told my friends and family about it. So over they came to see & to try it out and what a great review they gave like I did.When I received it I left it open for a day due to it had a lite scent but went away once I let it air out for a couple of hours. But I recommend try it & you will like it. It make your sleep with ease.Thanks again Overstock.com

IT did not do what we had hoped.
Not really -- it is just a topper... it adds no support, no real change in a lumpy mattress. Perhaps it might add value if you had a real hard mattress, it might offer some relief of softness.

great egg crate topper
I have back problems and a good egg crate topper makes a big difference. This one is very good.

Sleeping on a cloud.
I bought a new mattress set, so I put the old one on the guest bedroom bed. Once I made the bed, I tested it out and OMG. It was so comfortable I considered putting it on my new mattress! The smell that present when you open these dessipates after a few days. Every person that has slept on the bed has had the same reaction that I did.

memory foam topper
I was trying to extend the life of my $1500 mattress and bought this topper, it held its position for one night. don't buy this unless you want to paper it every night. I ended up buying a memory foam mattress and putting this on top of that and surprisingly it made the actual mattress feel bad. when we took the topper of the mattress was amazing. so if you are looking to fix an old mattress just go all the way and buy a new memory foam mattress.
