not as "low profile" as I hoped
I was looking for a low profile pillow because I sleep on my stomach. Not using a pillow works fine, except my dogs sleep on our bed so I was trying to find a pillow I could keep my head on when sleeping on my stomach so that my face isn't laying in dog hair and dander all night. (When I'm getting ready in the morning and at night my dogs lay where I put my head. If I move my pillow I can keep it relatively free of dog hair.) This pillow is not low profile. Even when laying down on my back my head was held way too high. The material seems to be of high quality and it hasn't smelled from day one. I generally refuse to put a newly purchased product aside if it isn't exactly what I want (and I hardly ever ship items back to retailers), so I cut the pillow in half with a bread knife to make it lower and that is working well.

firmer than i thought
I love this pillow. It doesn't retain heat the way other memory foam pillows do (one of the many reasons i chose the 'green' version over the standard material.) It was firmer than I was expecting and i don't sink down into it as much as other memory foam pillows. However, the price was right and I still love the pillow. If you are expecting to sink into this pillow it is not for you.

Fabulous comfort!
Just what the doctor ordered. Literally. My neck hasn't felt so good in a long time. My back is much more alligned. A much needed improvement.

Great pillow for the cost!
This pillow has been a great purchase. It maintains its shape and height while providing great neck support. One small complaint that I had was the smell when you first open it. But, with a little airing, it is remedied.

More than satisfied....
This pillow is fantastic. I have never fallen asleep so comfortably. The shape and low profile sit right under my neck and back for instant relaxation. I reccommend this to anyone and just remind to order 2.
