Initially I was pleased with the fabric and quality, but after trying to sleep on these pillows I was disappointed. There was very little support for my neck, and I found it uncomfortable to sleep with. I have to use my down pillow on top of these in order to sleep.

They are right about these being soft. They are as soft as my worn out ones. If you want real soft; which feels flat then these are for you. I wish they were a bit meatier. I never noticed my other 3 kinds of memory foam pillows being hot, so I can not say about the coolness of them. (sorry)
