I purchased this the very end of 2008 and used it for 3 months in 2009 and then 4 months in 2010. I pulled it out to freshen it~my son had folded it and put it away for me in March of this year~ and the entire middle is flat! I could not believe it. I washed it and tried to fluff it but the boxes remained empty. I know it sounds like a long time to use a comforter and then complain but this was only used 7 months and as this is a teenage boy who is using it I am not sure how long it actually stayed the way it came~certainly under 7 months. Of course I called the O custoemr service and they basically said~30 days and then we are done. So I have a comforter that is flat in the middle and no customer service. I will try to call Columbia and maybe have better luck. I would have thought it would last longer than a few months! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I have had this comforter for over a year now. It was great for a while but the down alternative material doesn't stay put, it all bunches up together in the baffle boxes at the foot of the bed. This drives me crazy! No matter how much I shake it or put it in the dryer it never evens out and the bed looks lumpy. Though my feet are plenty warm at night, the rest of my body is cold since it's the equivalent of just a sheet where the baffle boxes are now empty.

This is absolutely the best comforter I have ever owned. It is extremely comfortable, large, and warm. I wanted to find one that was fluffy as well, and this one is just the right amount. It works year-round for me in New Mexico. If you want amazing quality and luxury in a comforter, I don't see how you could go wrong with this one.

This is alot better than I thought it would be for the price and was worth more than double. Was thinking about buying another it was so nice. Was willing to pay $200 for one and this was just like getting one of that value. You will love this item I promise!

I absolutely Love this comforter. It is large, Soft and very warm. It is not too hot to use all year round. I especially lover that it is very large and fits my kingsize bed very substantially. A great buy.

This the most fluffiest comforter I've ever had. Each time i go to sleep, it feels like i'm sleep on a cloud this is a must buy for the winter. When i had ordered this product never did i imagine that i would enjoy sleeping early in the day just to feel the warmth of this comforter.

I'm very pleased with this purchase. The comforter is made well and drapes over the bed beautifully. I believe that I'll have to put an additional blanket on the bed during the winter months, but I don't mind.

I got this because my down comforter was leaking feathers all over the place. When I openned my box to see this comforter it was thick and very well made. I stuffed it in my duvet and it was so thick I could barely see my TV when in bed. My daughters laughed at me. It is big and fluffy. I absolutely love it. I will keep it on my bed year round even in sunny San Diego. If I get too hot I just lay on top of it extra comfort. It is not a tall now that it has settled down a bit. It is worth every penny and Overstock rocks on S&H prices, super fast shipping and nice quality brands. I always check Overstock first when shopping!

I bought this comforter for the master bedroom. It is perfect in every way......weight, warmth, size. Much too white for my room, but that is my error. I am searching for a duvet to cover it for next winter season. Would highly recommend this product. Go Overstock!!!!

I am so pleased with this comforter!! It was a great value for the price and it is oh sooooo nice! I was worried that it wouldnt truly be oversized because we have a huge pillowtop king mattress that is really hard to find comforters that actually fit, and this one is awesome!!! It fit so well in the duvet I got with it, and hangs down over each side of the bed by at least 10 inches which is AMAZING!!! Highly recommend this to anyone, the first night we used it I overslept the next morning! Don't know if thats a good thing lol but it is soooo cozy, fluffy, and comfy I am totally impressed!! Don't hestitate I looked at hundreds of comforters and am so happy with my choice!

Due to my husband's allergies, we have to use alternative down rather than down. We have king bed and use a duvet cover. In the past, the comforters never seem to properly fit and would end up gathering at the bottom of the duvet. When I saw that this item was oversized and the reviews were good I decided to give it try. Couldn't go wrong with the price either way. We got it within a week and it's wonderful!!! It fits perfectly snug in the duvet so it stays fluffy and doesn't move around. It feels just like a down comforter (inside a duvet) and we love it!!!!! I would certainly recommend it.

except I cannot find a duvet that will fit this oversized comforter. I am still searching, but may end up making my own. Didn't realize how much bigger than regular comforters it was until it arrived.

My daughter's room is the coldest in our house. For 4 years we have tried different combinations to keep her warm at night. She has a physical disability which makes it hard to keep her feet and legs warm. This, with only a sheet does the job. Great!

My husband and I love this comforter. It is very fluffy and puffy and just feels great. It is light yet warm enough for our Wisconsin winter. We have a king bed and the king size comforter extends over each side a couple of inches. I bought a duvet to place over it because we have cats and a dog that sleep on the bed. Honestly this comforter is exactly as I hoped it would be and the price was a bargain. I bought it because I like the quality of the Columbia brand and hoped it would carry through with their comforters and I was right....if you want a good quality material, puffy light and warm comforter then buy it.

Very happy with product. Bulkier than expected., but very warm. Good quality fabric. Truly oversized! I finally filled out my king duvet cover. Fits like a beadspread. Love it!
