I read the reviews before I bought this and everyone said that it was very thin. I guess I didn't know how thin they were talking. This is the thinnest down comforter I've ever seen. Like, half an inch thick-MAYBE. However, I really like it. I put it on my bed right when we got it... I can't believe how warm it is! This paired with flannel sheets is more than warm enough I dont think I will being using a "winter down".

Perfect Price, Great product! Partner and i love it. We find it hard getting out of bed from being so darn comfortable with this on us! Being in South Florida I have been weary of buying one due to being afraid with the heat. This thing is great with the AC cool @ night like I like. Now I just need to find the right duvet covers! :) Shipping took a bit but I think because it came from CA.

You have to give this blanket time to puffy up. When it first arrived I was very disappointed with how thin it was, it looked like 2 thin sheets. After 3 days it puffed up and it¿s very warm. It is not as puffy as it looks in the picture. This is a great down blanket and you can¿t beat the price!

This comforter is junk! The outer edge boxes are stuffed with down while the center ones are empty. It will hang nicely off the edges of the bed or make a nice weighted sheet. While the box spring is kept nice and warm around the edges your own "toosh" will freeze between two sheets that were meant to be a comforter. I had it in my house 20 minutes before I was requesting a return. Overall this experience cost me nearly $20 as I had to pay freight both ways and got zip for my efforts.

I purchased this down comforter for my teen-aged daughter, and she could not be happier with the product. It has the appearance and feel of a more expensive comforter and is the perfect weight for our southern Ohio climate. The full/queen size fit perfectly into a duvet cover which came from a different company. I was also impressed with the quick shipping (just standard--nothing special) and the fact that the comforter was wrapped in plastice to protect it from the elements. (This measure was tested as the box sat for a few hours on our porch in the rain. The box was partially soaked, but the comforter was perfect!) This down comforter is very nice quality--at a very comfortable price.

Very saftisfied with the quality for the price I paid! My husband says it's perfect, he tends to get very warm as he sleeps, and this comforter is the perfect temp for him. I could use a little bit more warmth, so I add a light blanket to my side. Come summer, though, this will be the only comforter on the bed. We live in a maritime climate, so the warmest night here would be 60 degrees. The comforter covers the mattress well, if you're looking for a king that covers the box base also, choose another of larger dimensions. If a down comforter of good quality that isn't overly warm is what you're looking for, this is the one.

Great product for the price. Just remember to fluff it on occasion. Also, the down will come out over time.

I liked this comforter so much, I bought another one for my daughter. Super comfy and easy to wash.

For the price- I bought two of these thinner down comforters so we can double up in winter or use just one in summer. Ran the whole thing through the washer and dryer last week after having it over a year adn it came out perfect! Now I know it's safe to wash, I will wash it more often.

I have had this comforter for years and just love it. I have a couple of duvet covers and it is so easy to get into both of them. Love that it is a medium weight so that I can use it year round and not get too hot in summer.

I have been researching a down (alternative ok) comforter for almost a year now. I was looking for one that is lightweight (since I live year-round in Florida) and has all sewn sections (to help keep the materials in tact). I read all the reviews and decided on this one. GREAT CHOICE! It is exactly what I was looking for ... warm, soft, cuddly, lightweight and just plain perfect for this climate (of course, we keep the air conditioning running 24/7). Although it is dry clean only, I am confident that keeping it inside the duvet cover I also bought (full/queen) the comforter will stay fresh. As for the packing smell? I opened it up, fluffed it, spread it outside for an hour, refluffed and put it on my bed inside the duvet. No smell and VOILA!

Bought a overstuffed down comforter last year and loved it so much I bought another one from Overstock. This year I needed a smaller size and went to buy another of the $99.00 models I bought last year only to find their price increased to $133.00. I only need something to go in the toyhauler trailer (which is not used that often) so thought I'd look at for a less expensive model. Well I found one but it is so flat I'm finding it hard to believe it can possible have the fill rate that it advertises. I thought about returning it but the standard story of shipping cost making it not worth it applies here. Bottom lines is I'll use it but I'm really disappointed in it's lack of loft. BTW I tried the dryer with fluffer balls etc. and it did not help. Quality seems good it's just flat.

I've been needing a new comforter for a while now, so I decided to buy one from overstock since the prices are always so reasonable. A few of the reviews said that this was more of a "down blanket" since it wasn't fluffy enough, and when it first came in the mail. i admit it was a little anticlimactic. BUT, I tossed it in the dryer with a few tennis balls for 15 minutes and it came out soft and huge and fluffy. LOVE IT. It's pretty, too. Very elegant looking and perfect by itself with a few throws draped over the end. Very warm, not too heavy, and i haven't noticed any down leaking as of yet. VERY happy with this comforter.

I have never ever been more pleased with a purchase in my life. It was exactly what I wanted and expected. The other reviews were helpful in that I didn't want a big fluffy comforter but I loved the down blanket I slept under at a hotel and although the hotel sold them I went with Overstock for the price. This is the best blanket made. My husband agrees. If you want a down blanket, not a comforter, you can't beat this. We want to go to bed earlier and earlier just because we love the blanket. Prefect comforter for an air conditioned bedroom during hot Texas summers. Don't let the light weight fool you this is a quality comforter. I'm fixin' to order another.

My husband and I love this comforter. It is lighter than I thought but it keeps us warm when it is cold and cool when it is hot. would definitely recommend it to others. Mine did not have an odor at all.

I waited anxiously for this to arrive. I'd selected two down comforters with the intention of seeing which one was better. This beat the Royal Velvet Milan hands down for a similar price. This does not dissappoint. The fabric is much softer even at only 233 threads(feels silky against the skin) and there is no crinkle of feathers since it is 75% down (the Royal Velvet Milan is 85% feathers and only 15% down.) There has been no shedding of feathers/down which is a definite plus. There was also no "natural odor" when I opened it. I was able to use it the first night.At first I thought it might not be warm enough ( we are near Chicago and the Hawk is here.) so I added another blanket. My hubby and I were kicking off the comforter at night. I plan to use a duvet cover since it is dry clean only and our puppy loves to sleep with us.Don't let the thinness of this fool you. It is a GREAT buy for those who don't need a weighty blanket for warmth and who prefer soft luxury. I plan on buying a few more for the kid's beds.;-)

Great value! Waited to get a duvet cover and shams before using it and once on my bed was delighted. Great weight and looks really nice on the bed. I thought it might be too warm but it isn't. Actually, it is lightweight and warm enough. I would recommend this comforter to anyone looking to purchase one for the price and the workmanship.
