  • Beautiful & soft

    I was looking for a duvet cover that would be just a little different. This cover is not only beautiful but very soft. I use it for my summer comforter and it has brightened up my room perfectly. I wanted something light and airy and not kid like. My queen size duvet fits perfectly and doesn't shift around inside. The fabric is very soft against skin and it's easy to wash and quick to dry. The colors are exactly what I saw on my moniter and luckily I just painted my bedroom the exact color in the picture! A great value.

  • Great colors, but will wrinkle!

    The colors are very pretty. They are a little more muted than what appears on my computer screen; Greens are more of a sage, leaf and citron. I really like the duvet cover and am keeping it because of the colors (I had a color palette in mind and this fit the bill), BUT there are two things buyers should be aware of: 1. The fabric is not very soft. It MIGHT get better with a number of washings, but I've only washed once. I'm using in a 2nd bedroom and, well, thankfully one sleeps in between sheets rather than on the duvet cover. 2. After washing and drying, the fabric gets VERY wrinkled. The duvet in my bedroom does this too, and I'm fine with it... but if that will drive you nuts, be prepared to whip out the iron.

  • Good for the price, nice design

    I bought this to cover up a summer down comforter, so I wanted a summery print and I also wanted a very lightweight cover--I did not want the comforter to be weighed down by a heavy cover. I'd prefer leaving the comforter uncovered, but my husband has a bad habit of setting his soccer bag on the bed (the same bag that sits on muddy fields), so I need a cover I can wash. This cover is pretty lightweight, and met my needs for that. The size listed was accurate, so it is a good fit for the comforter I have. The cotton fabric washed fine and did not shrink. The fabric is not very high quality, but is OK for a comforter cover. The design is slightly less bright than the photo shows--the bright green shown is more of a darker leaf green, as another reviewer mentioned. The aqua reverse side is a bit more teal like. But the colors are a nice combination. The comforter I have is a solid dark teal, and although the fabric on this cover is not very heavy, the dark comforter does not show through very much. I suppose you might have a problem if your comforter had a pattern on it, but with a solid comforter, you don't really notice the color of the comforter showing through.

    This duvet set was absolutely beautiful- rwally brought a "summer" look to my bhedroom- I love the vibrant colors- bought a lime bedskirt to match- turned out beautiful.....washed nicely...a few wrinkles...notjhing major...

  • Don't Bother Buying this City Scene Duvet Set

    The quality of this set is VERY cheap. I liked the design -- that's why I ordered it, but the quality -- forget it. And the design is missing sections - like it was a bad run of the dye on the fabric -- like a second. I didn't plan on buying seconds. It's too much of a hassle (for me) to return them so I'll end up donating them to a shelter.

  • Love this duvet cover!

    Great duvet cover! I'm very happy with it and would order it again. It looks great in our bedroom. It does wrinkle a lot, even if you iron it, but that's not a big deal. I would measure your comforter before picking a size. I ordered a king size cover to go with our king size comforter, and it's a little big.
