City Scene Mckenzie Floral Shower Curtain

This shower curtain is so beautiful that I ordered two and designed an entire bathroom around it! With the second one, I had a seamstress make lined window curtains and tiebacks for the room. The material is quite thin, and so we did have to line it - not for the shower curtain but for the window curtains. This pattern is truly as beautiful as any artwork I've seen. The home I'm working in is Circa 1969, and I'm designing around the black and white shower stall tiles, with some special updates to the tile and a new high-gloss black and white ceramic tile floor. Don't assume there are only either black tiles or white tiles available; we got a tile that is gloss black but heavily veined in pure white. We built a vanity and painted it high gloss black with a modern, rectangular white sink. Had a 15 x 30 wall cabinet made and painted it with the gloss black paint also and hung it vertically. Paint is a light sage. Light fixture from Ferguson is the single most outstanding piece, and it all works together beautifully. It's hard to believe it ALL began with this shower curtain!
