I bought these rugs because I was looking for replacements for my two solid-cotton rugs that had worn out after 10 years and countless washings. I needed rugs with no latex backings that were sufficiently heavy enough that they did not slide around on the tiled bathroom floor. These rugs have a good backing and are heavy enough that they do, indeed, stay in place and do not slide. However, the quality of the cotton is the poorest I have ever had. I expected a lot of lint in my dryer the first couple of times I washed them. However, I have washed them 3 times over a period of more than a month and they are still shedding huge quantities of cotton fibers and lint. (My old set of rugs also shed when they were new, but the lint was of a fine quality and was able to be easily removed from the large dryer lint screen). The cotton quality is so poor that I can't get the smallest of the lint fibers off my large dryer screen, even though I rinsed it by inverting the screen and spraying it throughly with the high-pressure hose on my sink. After the screen dried, I tried to get the particles of lint off with heavy duty packaging tape and that did not work, either. The appearance of "window pane" isn't as nice as the rugs I had, but it doesn't bother me to walk on them at all, even though the nap varies in height. Overall, I feel I wasted money on these and will sell them at our next yard sale..

nice heavy rugs. lots of lint and gobs of excess cotton with first wash, filled the dryer lint catcher and I had to scoop it out of the washer. the rugs were nice and thick after washing tho. didn't fade.shunk some. overall I like them. not particularly a great value as you could match price elsewhere.

These rugs are beautiful to look at and are comfortable under you feet. The pink color is more like peach but close enough, unless you are matching light pink. I especially enjoy the rubberless backing.

I cannot even begin to tell you how much these rugs shed!!! I keep expecting to look down and find the rugs to be threadbare. I've washed them twice now hoping that this would cut down on the shedding -- each time I've been removing handfuls and handfuls of lint and shed material. Another problem is that I ordered white, but it is more of an off-white or ivory color. I strongly urge you to pick some different rugs, these aren't good!

Say your money, girlfirends! These rugs are nasty. Right out of the box, they had me shaking my head. To begin with, they shed like your ex-, the rubber backing is a throw back to a cheap no-tell Mo-tell, and the white color was, well, just NOT white. Live and learn, I put them in my garage, and my dogs love to snooze on them!

I am very pleased with this product. Nice quality and looks nice. Washed beautifully.

I purchased this as a bathroom item. I don't really like the color and it is uncomfortable to walk on after showering. It is a good value but I would like a more fluffy, plushy feel on the bathroom floor. It is a good value but I don't consider it a great addition to my bathroom. It might be more appropriate somewhere else in the house.

My rugs were delivered quickly - I was a little worried about washing them after other comments I read - I was so pleased to see that they shed very little and turned out great after washing the first time. They look sharp - no signs of flaws - and the price was unbeatable for the thickness, quality and appearance - I am very pleased with them

I received and immediately washed these bath mats. For being brand new, there wasn't as much lint in the dryer as I expected, especially after reading another review. It was about as much, and in fact a little less, than other new bath mats or towels I have purchased in the past.They don't move around a lot in the bathroom and are super absobent.

Good color, seems to wear well- just wish I could get it in a larger size.

The two rugs are a good value and the appearance is excellent.

It looked good when it first arrived but did not hold up in the wash cycle during the first laundry. This product falls apart even though I followed the washing instructions. I do not recommend that you buy it if you want a durable product.

These rugs are good quality. They don't have that heavy rubber backing of other bathroom rugs that flakes off after a couple of washings. They're a generous size and the block pattern adds a nice touch. These are all cotton and cotton is durable!

I really love the these rugs. the feel under the feet is soft and warm, and despite the previous reviewer's experience, mine do not shed that much. The look is much richer on the floor than the pictures would indicate.

was the same as the picture! I would swap these out with the others I bought here. A much thicker mat with a bit of non skid backing. The "pattern" feels strange at first, but I got used to it and they took over duty in the kitchen. Overall, a good sturdy mat, although I have not washed them yet. Again, if the color was lighter, as shown, I would purchase another set to take over the bath. Much larger than expected, even after I measured. I would recommend. Just watch the color :-)

I am very pleased with this rug set. It is fluffy and soft ...and washes well. I put in the washer/dryer and it came out like new! It is a very good value for the price.

This was a great purchase on my part afterr having looked for matching bath rugs for my husband's bathroom. They're soft and plushy and wash beautifully. I could not be more pleased at getting such high quality for such a low price.

These were ok, workmanship is fine but they are not very soft and cozy because of the "steped" fabric boxes. I would not purchase again because of this.

These rugs are true to the color in the picture and are incredibly lush. They feel great on bare feet. They stay in place nicely. I would recommend these rugs to anyone.

They are nice and plush, I like the 2 different sizes, they washed great - did shed in the washer and dryer, but you would never know it, love that they had no rubber backing and I'd buy them again.
