I got this for my husband who was reminiscing about a fur blanket he use to own. Seeing as how we can not afford a real fur blanket nor would I want to buy one I searched and read dozens of reviews on similar products. I was happy with my choice it lived up to all the positive reviews and more. My only regret is that I hadn't bought the larger one to use as a comforter on our bed instead of just the throw.

I have a lot of throws in my home (quite a few are faux fur ) and this is by far the one I prefer. I lam in love with the color and it is a very soft and warm cuddle blanket. Fantastic quality. Would encourage anyone who is on the fence about purchasing it to put it in your cart and buy it.

This chinchilla had to be returmed. The color of what would be whitish on an actual chinchilla (and the pfoto) don't match the product. It was yellowish so i returned it. It was soft tho, and well made. I exchanged it for a white mink whixh is true to color for white mink - gorgeous. I also have the brown mink which is really nice. Perfect for northern calif mornings. Cats love it (they don't know it's an imitation of a cousin) and i can just shake off the cat hairs - the hair doesn't get embedded as it does with other throws..

We love this throw, we use it every day, my 2 year old loves how soft it is. The colors are not as vivid as on the picture, but we still love it!

This throw is fantastic value for the money! It's thick, warm and snug, just what's needed when trying to save money on heating costs by keep the house cooler than usual. I couldn't be happier and plan on buying a few more as gifts for my frugal friends ;-)

I bought this for one my sister for x-mas. I had found similar throws (all white) years ago for all my sisters and we love, love, love them. It is all of our "blankies". I've tried to find more like them, but none have compared. My one sister washed hers incorrectly and ruined it. Because of all the great reviews, I decided on getting this one for a replacement. I also had another sister buy one for my eleven-year old daughter for x-mas as well. My sister opened her first and my daughter went nuts over it. I could tell she was a bit envious, but was trying to be gracious. She immediately wrapped herself up in my sister's blanket. When she finally opened up her blanket, she was so excited. She even came up to me later and told me she was jealous of my sister's gift (as if it wasn't completely obvious!). The blanket is very soft, both the faux fur and the underside. The fur part is not pokey at all (like some other throws I've come across), just smooth and soft. The quality is great and seems like it will hold up well for years. It's a light feeling blanket but keeps you warm. My husband asked if this throw came in a bigger size for our couch because he too loved it. I had read reviews earlier on the oversize version of this throw but thought it would be too much for an individual. I tried to buy the oversize the other day here on Overstock, but they are out of stock. I was disappointed because I thought it would be great size (and so cozy) for the family to snuggle under on the couch. I'll keep checking back to see if it becomes available. On the lighter side, my daughter's cat has become permanently glued to this blanket, where ever the blanket is, so is the cat! FYI: The older white faux fur throw I mentioned above says to "fur dry clean only". I wash it on the low spin cycle in cold water. Then I shake it out a bit after taking out of the wash and hang it over the shower door to air dry. It is as nice as the day I bought it. My sister had thrown hers in the dryer on a higher heat setting and it looked and felt like the fur singed. It's still useable, but not as soft a luxurious as before.

Love it, need I say more...... it is more red than I thought but absolutely LOVE IT! Ordering another one for my daughter :)

Delivery was fast, blanket is soft, keeps me warm, color is not as dark as I thought (thought it had some black in it ), Love It. You can't go wrong ordering this blanket.

The faux fur was shipped out so quickly and made a perfect gift for my dad. It's heavy weight and warm, perfect for his afternoon naps this winter.

The faux chinchilla throw is everything I expected, after reading the previous reviews. It is 'oversized', plush, and very soft. ...will come in handy on cold winter's nights.

This is a great product at a fair price. My only complaint, and it is minor, is that I have never seen a chinchilla quite that color. However, it is soft and looks great tossed carelessly over a love seat.

Back is a little cheap looking, but the faux fur looks real. Overall, nice.

My kids fight over who gets to use it. It is very warm and soft. I think I am going to have to get another one.
