This throw has now become my favorite small blanket. It is oohhh so very soft and oohhh so very warm. The materials have held up well so far. I've had it only for a few weeks but use it daily. It's fake furry on the outter part and a false suede on the inside. It's not stiff at all and has not "shed" at all. The only draw back is that it has to be dry cleaned. At first glance I did not like the looks of it until I used it the first time. Then, all at once it was my fav! The chocolate looks as pictured. I'd deffinately recommend this to others.

I was searching for an extremely soft and luxurious throw for my living room and came across this channel throw in rich chocolate brown. I was originally looking at rabbit and chinchilla throws, but wasn't wanting to pay over $1,000 and the cost to store and maintenance a real fur throw. I decided to purchase the channel throw because the price was substantially less and the fabric was extremely soft. As soon as I received it in the mail, I loved it. The color is perfect in my living room and it matches my espresso furniture. The fabric is actually better than a real rabbit or chinchilla because it doesn't shed and I don't have to store it in a freezer in the summer. The only downside to the throw is that it doesn't cover a 6' tall person from head to toe, which is normal for a throw. Overall, I am very pleased with this throw and would recommend it to my friends as a luxury supplement. :)

This is a good-sized throw blanket. I ordered it in black. I was very surprised by how expensive it feels. Very, very soft faux fur on one side, and the other side is a matching black smooth blanket material. I want to curl up in it daily, and it looks beautiful. A very nice impress-your-company blanket.

i would like to order this throw for family, but they ran out of them and never brought them back. this is so disappointing.

It is a beautiful throw and very soft. Couldn't use the black one as intended on a white bedspread because it sheds....used it on black leather theater chairs instead.

Soft, thick, and warm. Gorgeous color. Love this throw! I got the Amphora and use it in my living room, which can be drafty at times. It covered the legs of 3 of my girlfriends at once. Friends will stay and chat longer if they are toasty warm. It has just the right amount of shine to make it classy but not garish. I have shopped around for throws and this is truly the softest and thickest one around. Well worth the price

Love the softness, but it is too small. I am 5'5". It covers either my lap and legs or my knees to shoulders. It's too bad they couldn't have added a foot of length and a foot of width to it- it would have been perfect, then

This is my second time ordering this item. The first one I got a couple of years back was wonderfully soft, with micro suede type ultra soft lining which I LOVED. However the "Channel" sticking unravelled overtime and it was now looking sad and droopy, so I thought of getting a new one. Boy, what a disappointment! The back lining is now replaced with some kind of cheap, scratchy velvet that only is smooth when you run your hand one way and rough and scratchy the other way. I didn't even take it off the hanger it came with, I re-packed it to return it. Such a disappointment... now where to I find a throw as perfect as my old one???

This is the best throw blanket I've ever purchased. The faux fur is very soft and doesn't shed, which is great for someone like me who has allergies -- just be sure to give it a few good shakes before first using it. The underside lining is soft and very warm. The blanket was much heavier than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The only downside is that it's a little short, so if you're over 5'7" either your feet or shoulders won't be covered. Other than that, I would highly recommend purchasing this item if you're looking for a fur-type blanket that doesn't look gaudy. I ended up buying a second one for my husband because he wanted one for himself!

I love this throw. I use it as a blanket on my couch and it works very well. It is very warm when used as a blanket but not too heavy. It is soft as can be and very attractive. If I'm not using it to cover my body, I put it over my bare feet for softness and warmth. I have it in white and I definitely recommend this product.

I'm happy with this purchase. The throw is soft and luxurious, and good contrast with my leather sofa. My only problem is I ordered Ivory and my Pomeranian loves it as much as I do.

I ordered black and it looks great in a modern livingroom. I have it draped over a leather sofa for some added coziness. I haven't washed it yet, so I hope it holds up.

I just received these throws the other day and I was so impressed after opening the package. My husband asked me if it was it real fur! He curled up on the couch with one of them the first night after receiving them. I used one while sitting in the recliner and felt like royalty. The fur is so soft and I love the velvet texture type lining underneath. I really hate that cold silk lining that comes on other faux fur throws. They have a nice weight to them and you can feel the quality in the material. I ordered the Amphora and Chocolate colors. They are very true to the color on the computer. I am so glad I purchased these.

Everyone that comes to my house wants this blanket because it is so warm and soft. If you are looking for a heavy blanket this should be your choice. This year christmas shopping should be easy :)

I bought this throw in the dark brown as an engagement gift and the recipients loved it. It is pretty, very soft and well made. I would buy it again.

FYI: The throw is dry clean only. Wonderfully soft and comfortable to wrap up in on chilly nights.

I just received this throw and it is fantastic, particularly for the price. I had been considering one which was substantially more expensive, but thought I would try this one - I'M GLAD I DID. I purchased it in black and it looks and feels tremendous. Very thick and surprisingly heavy (a good thing to me) Very soft and luxurious. I was concerned it might look cheap, but it doesn't. It looks rich and certainly is warm.I would wholeheartedly recommend this throw blanket. We are using it on our sofa in the living room and it looks and feels great.

I bought seven of these throws as gifts for my friends and family. They not only look luxurious, but they also feel heavenly. Extremely soft and cozy. What I especially like about them is that they have a suede-like fabric on the backside, which gives both sides of the blanket a warm and welcome feeling. This is important for people who live in a cold climate as who wants to snuggle up to a cold satin backing in the middle of December? I recommend the throws highly.
