This comforter is attractive. It is a little small for our king size bed, I would recommed a California King for better fit. The color is not gold, it is brown, which was a surprise. It is lightweight, and comfortable. The cats seem to love it. I would recommend this product with reservations on size and color.

I was pleased with the set when I first got it, it looks nice and the textures and everything were as advertised, although the color was a much darker gold than the picture suggests. The comforter is great and I'm still using it 2 years later, but the decorative pillows that came with it were terrible quality, they didn't last a month before the trim was coming off and seams were bursting, leaving bits of cotton all over the bed and carpet.

This set SO LUXURIOUS looking. It has a satiney finish with a lovely silver design woven through it. I wouldn't use it as a blanket...it is too beautiful. I ordered the king size and the skirt fits perfectly. Don't iron the 'between mattresses' section...it's made out of the interfacing that melts on the lowest heat (OOPS!). I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful comforter set. The price was low, the speed of delivery fast, and the quality of the set is excellent. I'm very satisfied.

The color is just what I wanted, a shimmering mocha with gold & silver accents. I purchased this several months ago, so did not put it on my bed until yesterday. I love the color and how elegant it looks, but it just looks too flat. Not very plush for such an elegant look, that makes it look cheap.

set looks elegant and good buy for the money. the queen comforter is not quite large enough, but its so pretty ive decided to keep it anyway

I'm happy. It is hard to find bedding that fits my color scheme. This spread did the trick. It is pretty and elegant. It is lightweight, almost square so you don't have an issue about which way it fits on the bed. It is a bit short for a queen, but with all the pillows, it works. Fabric is somewhat fragile so keep the dogs off the bed, but it is an excellent buy for the price.

I love this bedding set. The color is similar to the photo, almost exact, but slightly more gold. I used queen sized pillows for the shams and it looks phenomenal!!

This is truly a beautiful set. I just wish the color matched the picture and most of the reviews. This really is GOLD. Not beige gold or tan gold or mocha gold...it's GOLD. Again, it is beautiful, but gold so if that is what you are looking for you'll love this, but if you are wanting a tan, brown, or mocha, please save yourself and Overstock some time and money and find another set.

The comforter set is very classy looking. It was important to me that my husband like the new look, and he was very pleased with our re-done bedroom. The only thing I would change is that I read another review before ordering and selected the California King. The bedskirt is several inches shorter on the width. This is not a big problem, but when ordering again I will remain with the regular King size. This is my second comforter order from Overstocked. Always great values at great prices. I remain a satisfied customer, and would suggest this set as a lovely look. I also had no problem finding drapes to match at a local shop.

I ordered this on a whim because it was a very good price and I was contemplating updating my bedroom. The set is beautiful with a color that can be worked into many color schemes. The accent pillows really complete the ensemble.

Overall what I wanted, little lighter weight but fine with a blanket. Color was as expected and works well with the brown walls I just painted. Very relaxing look.

As mentioned on the website, shades of color will vary on overstock's pics and what you get. After reading the reviews of everyone saying this bed is "mocha" and not "gold", I was hoping for mocha. It is definitely not a brown. It IS gold, a dark gold, but gold. It is still pretty and I did still keep it, but don't be surprised by the colors. Overstock really needs to get some better lighting so the products look more realistic. (This is my second time to notice this.)

I just received this comforter today. I must say it looks very different than the picture. The picture shows a more brown color, but it is not brown in any way. It's very GOLD. The reviews even said it was not gold, but the comforter I received is very gold. The cording around the comforter is gold, which doesn't state that in the details. Very disappointed. Overall it looks like a nice comforter, I just don't like the color. I will be sending it back tomorrow.

Yes it is a lovely mocha brown, which I had hoped for by reading all of the reviews. I am anxious to put it on a guest bed for our vacation home ! Good value for the quality.

I purchased this comforter set based on a review that said the color was NOT GOLD. I was looking for a medium brown. This was perfect. Also it is a little smaller than a full King but fits my Queen sized bed perfectly. It keeps you warm on these cool nights as well. I would highly recommend this comforter set for the price, and quality.

While searching for a comforter for my future daughter inlaw's wedding day, I read the review that stated they should have given the color of this product brown instead of gold. Immediately it caught my attention. I carefully reviewed the picture. It appeared to be bronze with a tint of brown. I become excited because that's exactly what I was looking for. The color is a bronze with a tint of brown. Well, I have to say... I love this set. It's perfect to lay a wedding gown on for picture taking. It looks so elgant. My future daughter inlaw loves it too.
