The mattress pad is of good quality, however, the padded part on top does not extend to the very edge/sides of my queen size mattress. But, the elastic holds it down firmly and it will suffice. However, this does not mean that the manufacturer should not provide a good product. In the photo on-line, the padded portion extends to the very edge of the mattress, thus a bit misleading. It should have 2.5 to 3 inches more padding on the sides.

I ordered the Candice Olson pad and received a mattress pad that looked like the one in the picture, but the main tag was labeled WynRest. Customer Care gladly sent me a replacement, which was without the main tag, but the federal tag was the same as the last one. After providing photo evidence of the "mix up" and debating the situation, we came to an acceptable conclusion, and now I have two WynRest pads which are adequate for the price I paid (including sale price and issued store credit). I washed them first in cold water and dried on a low heat setting, and they came out looking good. The pads are comfortable/plush, but the top of the pad is about 2 inches short on all four sides which renders the waterproof aspect much less practical. <-- That was an issue another reviewer mentions as well for their pad received. If you do purchase this pad, check the federal tag upon delivery, and chat with customer care if it matches mine. *** They will work with you to fairly resolve this issue, as that's their customer satisfaction guarantee. I definitely recommend the Help Chat feature to start communication and the internal message service in your "customer care history" for all further communication, as it was an easy, transparent, and organized way to receive help from Overstock.

This matress pad is not only water resistant, but doesn't have that krinkly plastic sound that others do. And it adds extra padding to the matress top.

This mattress pad is very nice. It does not retain heat as a few other ones have. very nice "cushiony" feeling. We just bought a memory foam mattress and they recommended a waterproof pad. Good thing! Spilled a can of pop on the bed and it was absorbed by the pad. Didn't touch the mattress! Very good product!

After reading mixed reviews, I decided to go ahead and buy the actual size, not one size up for my bed. I like the quality and the padding is great. It is just a tad small, I would say about 1/2 to 1 inch small. So when you do sleep on the mattress, it doesn't cover all the corners. I don't really mind it too much, I only bought this to cover my feather mattress topper. But if you want your mattress pad to cover all the corners, I do suggest buying one size bigger.

This is one of the best mattress pads we have ever owned. It lives up to it's reputation 100%. The fit is excellent for our queen size bed. Would recommend this to everybody who needs a mattress pad. The price was also excellent for the quality of this .

As expected from a designer like Candice Olson, this pad is of exceptional quality and the fact it's waterproof is an added bonus. I bought two for my guest room and the grandkids sofa sleeper upstairs combined with a 2" memory foam mattress and it's perfect for them. I've bought many mattress pads in my lifetime, and this is the best! Highly recommend this product!
