You just never know if you are going to like a new set of sheet regardless if you buy them online or in a store. These sheets are soft to touch (even after mutilple washings). They also do not need to be ironed. I am very happy with my purchase.

I purchased these sheets and I must say they are pretty, the fabric is nice and soft and the lace edging is very pretty, but I ordered king size and I have to say they are oversized, my mattress has a pillow top and these sheets are still big on it and the pillowcases are way too long for king sized pillows. I have to have them hemmed so they fit correctly on my pillows. Overall they were a nice purchase just made way too large.

This sheet set is beautiful and has that old world elegance that I was looking for. The sheets are soft to the touch. Light ironing may be needed but the look is worth it. I was also pleasantly surprised with how deep pocketed the fitted sheet is and how wide the flat sheet is. The set had no problems accomodating my pillowtop mattress with 3 inch memory foam topper and padded mattress pad....(in fact if I wanted to add a feather bed to all that in the winter I think it might even be deep enough to fit that as well.) The pillowcase are designed with a inside flap to keep your pillow from shifting...I thought that was a bonus. Don't hesitate to purchase this set, it is a great value.

The sheets are nicely made and wash up well. I do admit I need to iron the pillowcases a bit and put the sheets on straight from the dryer to keep them from wrinkling. I paired them up with a grey flannel pinstriped duvet set I also purchased from overstock.com, so the soft feminine lace offsets the masculine pinstriping. Another great purchase from overstock!
