I hadn't bought towels in years, and decided to replace my old ones with something nice that would last. I think I made the right decision. These towels are just the right weight; heavy and fluffy, but not bulky. They also dry nicely, not like cheaper towels that look great, but don't dry well. I was a little leary about washing them with any other items (mine are red), but after the first washing, even the face cloth seems to be holding it's color. Over all, I'm very pleased.

I ordered 1 set of these towels in two different colors. I was so pleased with them that I immediately ordered another set of each color.

These towels are beautiful to look at, and soft to the touch, but they shed like crazy. I've washed them several times, and the shedding isn't stopping. I always have little red bits all over my body (the towels are pomegranate colored) Their absorbency is about average, but they do take a little longer to dry than other towels of their thickness.

Nice towels. Soft and absorbs well. Not bad for the money.

I bought these towels in red because I loved the color. While the color was rich and beautiful, the siding of the towels shredded after just a few washes. I mean, shredded...to the point that I really should have cut them into rags, but I couldn't bring myself to do that to almost-new towels. I wash my towels on a perma press cycle, not a normal cycle; and I wash them by themselves, not with other garments or pairs of scissors. There is no excuse for the shredded seams. Very poor construction. Stay away from these towels.

I should have realized this deal was too good to be true. The towels are thin and not very large. I would not buy them again and now just use them on my dogs.

I have had these towels for over a year, and was hoping to order more. They are the best towels ever: thick, fluffy, absorbent, soft and a product of an American Co-Op. I ordered white, I wear heavy makeup, and they have not taken a single stain that did not come out in the wash. Hurry up Overstock and re-stock these towels!

For the price, these were a nice set of towels. They are not the highest quality, but they are not bad. When I received them I thought they were very thin, but after I washed them, they fluffed up nicely and seemed much thicker and sturdier than I had previously imagined. They are very soft but they still absorb well.

Purchased these towels as a gift for my mom. She loved them. She said they were soft and washed well.

I bought this set of towels (striking blue) for our guests. I was so pleased with them and so proud to offer them to our guests. I believe them to be an excellent value and recommend them happily.

I bought the sunflower towels and they were much more "yellow" Than in the picture.

Got the blue color as a gift for my son. He says the towel is very absorbent and very comfortable on the skin. He loves it.

These towels are not only substantial in size, they are soft, and absorbent. A great buy, and my husband loves them. Not an easy feat!

These are the softest, most absorbant towels I have ever owned. They are oversized, too. I intend to buy another set as a wedding gift.

These are the best, softest towels we've ever owned! We got the red and the color is so rich. They do shed a lot the at first, so I'd give them a couple washings right away before trying to use them.

These towels are pretty good. They wash well and the color holds up well. Could be a little more absorbent.

the towels are a great value because they are great heavy and large fabric and the color I choose was just what I was looking for, a beautiful red.

Color is fabulous however overall quality of towel is less than I thought it would be - it is at best an average towel.
