After trying several towel holders from my local superstore, I was ready to give up. The ones available to me were all fingertip towel length. Who uses those?! Anyways, I took a chance and ordered this towel holder in satin nickel. The height is perfect, the finish is perfect, everything about it is perfect. It looks gorgeous on my marble counter top and the hand towel is in just the right place.

I ordered both the satin nickel and the chrome to see which I liked better (one was for our master bath and one for our daughters' bath)...the satin nickel is very nice. It is solid, tall, and looks great on our counter. I am very pleased with this purchase as I looked a long time to find one that would hold full-sized hand towels.

I purchased this on a whim for a second home because of the height, which is great. I purchased in chrome and, although it says brass, the ring is just a shinny plastic. I haven't even taken it to the second home yet but will keep it just because my 30 days are up. I would not spend $** again for something like this. $40 would be much better price.
