Bliss King-size Quilt Set

I have to say I love this quilt! I was looking for a fresh spring feel to my bedroom that was decidedly feminine and found it in this quilt. Most of my house is decorated with antiques and this item fits in wonderfully without being a “country” quilt. I find that it is hard to go with this type of bed covering if you don’t like to decorate in a country manner. One of my friends walked in my bed room and said, “It feels like the 1930’s in here”, and that’s exactly what I was looking for. The only complaint I have is that I thought that the quilt would be larger. I ordered a King because I have an antique bed that is a full size BUT is very high off the ground. I typically use a bedspread because I like to fold the fabric over my pillows and if I get a king spread I never need a dust ruffle; that was my hope when I ordered this product. But, when I placed it on my bed it covers the pillows beautifully however the drop length on the sides was much shorter than I expected. I will definitely be keeping it but I now have to go in the search for a bed skirt! I highly recommend this quilt for is craftsmanship and style however I feel it runs a little short and would recommend that even if you have a bed of a conventional height that you go a size larger than that of your bed.

• Did the color match the color displayed onsite? on my monitor the background looked to be a slight pink however as the discription states it is a TRUE ivory
• How is the quality of the product? Superior quality for the money, this product looks almost like hand quilting! The weight is so nice. I live in Georgia so it gets quite warm and I have been sleeping so great under this quilt. This quilt has a perfect weight and great high-quality feel that is worth much more than I the $80.00 price tag

Love it!!! I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened my package. Much better quality than I expected and so I am very happy. I could not find anything comparable for my needs in the stores and so am pleased with my first Overstock purchase. I ordered ivory and it does have a soft creamy yellow tinge to it, but it works well. Order larger for more hang. I ordered a King for my queen bed since it sits high off the floor.

I agree with some reviewers that the colors are not quite the same as in the picture. The white or light ivory is actually light beige. And the light green is actually in darker tone. I think it is kind of dull but still really pretty. It is thin and not soft at all which is the biggest drawback. I has tried to wash it and hoped that it would improve but nope; it's still rigid. It could almost be one of my favorites, so close!

I love this quilt. It is well made, high quality and beautiful. I would refer my friends and family to this item. I could not be more pleased. It is a great value for the quality too. I would recommend that with a king quilt you include king shams however.
