We recently bought a used motor home. The queen sized mattress is more like a box spring...very uncomfortable. It is also a few inches shorter than a normal queen sized mattress. This product solved both problems. The bed is now VERY comfortable. At first I thought I would have to trim a few inches off because the bed is shorter. I am so glad I didn't! It does "hang over", but now it feels like a regular sized mattress while we're in bed and the "over hang" is soft enough to "give" a little while maneuvering around the bed when we're not in it. I also bought a twin size for the dinette and a double for the sofa that both turn into beds. I'm sure our future guests will be very happy that I did. We are both very "warm sleepers" and have not had a problem with that in anyway.

even the little lady, who thought i was crazy changing these things frequently, says this one is way more comfortable than all the others. i've tried memory foam, 3", 2", eg crates, fancy foam...but this one slays them all.

This topper does not keep its shape & I (unfortunately) optimistically ordered 3 of them! There is no returning them because they'd never again fit into the orginal box. After the first couple of nights you could SEE our body shapes in the foam, and by night 3 you could FEEL our body shapes in the foam. Not worth the money!

We had a pilowtop which we had to replace, bought a very firm mattress due to back issues, so hard had lots of other aches, due to the great reviews, purchased mattress topper, and what a difference, such a comfortable bed now and didn't pay the price for pillowtop mattress, thanks for the positive feed back made my search easy

A few months ago I purchased a Firm Simmons Mattress in order to relieve back pain. Soon I was experiencing hip pain related to the hardness of the mattress. I bought a Tempur mattress and still had pain in my hips and couldn't sleep on the bed. This pad has made all the difference. I am very happy I bought it and it does exactly what I was praying it would do, allow me to sleep in the bed again.

49 year old woman, 135 pounds, been sleeping on a hide a bed matress for years.This was DEFINATELY an improvement! Slept on it with in hours of recieving it. Only negative might be that it retains heat, but I got it just as the weather warmed up, and I have hot flashes! So this may not be a problem for some one else.

This mattress topper is working very well...just what my husband wanted.

Recently bought a new firm matress that is stiff as a board. My back has been hurting so bad that I was sleeping on the couch. Found this memory foam cover at the cheapest price on overstock and has been the best buy I have ever made. My husband and I would highly recommend this product to everyone. My back has stopped hurting and I am getting the best sleep I have had in a very long time. The foam does smell slightly but took the advice of other buyers comments and did air it out for a day.

After switching to a larger bed, we had to find a different mattress. Bought one of the better ones on the market, but I was still unable to sleep well because of extremely sore joints from Lupus. We ordered this Mattress Pad and I have slept like a princess since the very first night. The directions said to sleep on it right away and within 5 days, the mattress pad would expand to it's full potential but even the first night was great! I am able to lay on my side or back with comfort! My husband does not like 'soft' beds and he is veryhappy with this topper as well. It has both support and comfort. No more deep aches or limbs falling asleep. Each night as I get into bed, I say of prayer of thanksgiving for this topper! LOVE it!

Wish I had seen this one first before purchasing other foam pad, and the featherbed. The GeoMatt far exceeded my expectations, comfortable and not 'hot' to sleep on. The mattress pad and bed linens fit nicely over the GeoMatt and it stays in place. Side sleeper paradise. Great value and of course the great customer service from Overstock.

I have purchased 4 of these now, for our and our children's beds. I let them air out for about a week before using. They prevent numbness in our limbs, and aches in my hips.

We were thinking of replacing our 20 year-old mattress, which had lost a little resilience and was hard on sore joints. But this did the trick at, oh, about 2% of the cost. Pay attention to the measurements, though. The Queen size is about 5" too narrow for our Queen bed. We bought a King and cut it down -- took less than a minute with a hacksaw blade. (Both the Queen and the King are a few inches shorter than our mattress, but that doesn't affect comfort, and in fact doesn't even show).

Pad was as described and worked well. It wasn't as heavy as memory foam but was still strong. I have two minor complaints. One is that it was a few inches too short from a standard eastern king and the other issue is with the smell. It has a strong unpleasant odor at first but is getting better over time. The entire room smelled for the first couple of days but now it only smells if you put your nose up to it which doesn't sound like a big deal but it's on a bed so your nose is always very close to it. It took a few days for our bodies to adjust but I'm sleeping much better now and am happy with the purchase and value of this product. It's going to buy us a few more years before getting a new mattress.

tried regular mattress, too hard. tried pillow top, too soft. (you have to work too hard to roll over) tried memory foam, too hot. tried Beautyrest GeoMatt Therapeutic Foam Queen/ King- Size Mattress Pad, just right. i'm a side sleeper and need it pretty soft to avoid that hip & shoulder pain all of us know all too well. i am zonking out on this thing like i haven't in years.

It does not cover my king from side to side, there is a 3inch gap. I imagine if people don't sleep on the edge it would be fine. The gap at the top is covered by pillows so that is okay. It is great if your mattress is old and you can't afford a new one. . For one person it is perfect.

The size and specs and price were all great but, I bought this thinking it would add comfort to our bed, well after giving it two solid weeks we took it off and gave it to our dogs. Maybe they will like it. We found it only amplified discomfort. I do have to say there is no way to return it because you couldn't possibly repack it.
