    I am very disappointed with my recent purchase of this mattress pad. Nowhere on the packaging, mattress pad or paperwork did it refer to "Beautyrest", nor did it indicate any type of brand. It came wrapped in cheap plastic with no indication as to what I had purchased. I decided to keep it because I figured I was getting what I paid for and it is used on a guest bed. I also didn't want to go through the hassle of shipping a $xx item back to Overstock. But if you say it's a Beautyrest, it should be Beautyrest. This is the first time I have been disappointed with an Overstock purchase and I have bought many things from bedding to chandeliers but buyer beware on this item.

    This mattress pad has a material that is scratchy to the touch and feels like it is very very flimsy. I am returning it pronto. i\It's just not worth the savings. Find a better quality pad!!!

    The description never stated the thread count. It looks like less than 180. UGH! Haven't washed it or put it on the bed but, it feels cheap and looks cheap. I trusted the name "Beautyrest" ... Guess that isn't enough anymore. I'd return it if I wouldn't lose restocking and have to pay return shipping also. On a $**** item it's a time waster.

  • Worst quality mattress pad!

    This mattress pad fell apart before I could even use it! It ripped through all four corners as I was putting it on my mattress. You could literally take your finger and rip through the sides. It it a cheap piece of junk! Don't waste your money on it!

  • Sides of pad ripped first time on bed

    Pad appeared fine just out of bag and the sides were nice and deep and fit over my deep mattress and extra memory foam topper. However the first time I put pad on bed the horizontal seams ripped on one side of pad. Sides are poor quality. Spend the few extra dollars and get a quality pad. Dont waste your money on this one.

  • Ok for price, material lacks quality

    I would recommend only for a spare bed or if budget was limited. My purpose was to find a pad that would accommodate a thinner new latex mattress..the dimensions on this seemed as though they would do the job. However, the sides were very thin, the elastic not string enough for my needs. Top padding just average. Still a fair value for the price and as always, shipping very speedy..it will just be a spare however.

    I had bought a similar Beauty Rest product at a local store. When I put it on the bed it was like paper and actually ripped. I was afraid that when this arrived it would be the same way, but I was pleasantly surprised. Nice fabric, fits well.

No they do have one that is waterproof, but they get too warm for me and they make a slight crinkle notice when moving around on them not this brand though not sure if they sell beauty rest waterproof.
