I am very disappointed with my recent purchase of this mattress pad. Nowhere on the packaging, mattress pad or paperwork did it refer to "Beautyrest", nor did it indicate any type of brand. It came wrapped in cheap plastic with no indication as to what I had purchased. I decided to keep it because I figured I was getting what I paid for and it is used on a guest bed. I also didn't want to go through the hassle of shipping a $xx item back to Overstock. But if you say it's a Beautyrest, it should be Beautyrest. This is the first time I have been disappointed with an Overstock purchase and I have bought many things from bedding to chandeliers but buyer beware on this item.

This mattress pad has a material that is scratchy to the touch and feels like it is very very flimsy. I am returning it pronto. i\It's just not worth the savings. Find a better quality pad!!!

The description never stated the thread count. It looks like less than 180. UGH! Haven't washed it or put it on the bed but, it feels cheap and looks cheap. I trusted the name "Beautyrest" ... Guess that isn't enough anymore. I'd return it if I wouldn't lose restocking and have to pay return shipping also. On a $**** item it's a time waster.

This mattress pad fell apart before I could even use it! It ripped through all four corners as I was putting it on my mattress. You could literally take your finger and rip through the sides. It it a cheap piece of junk! Don't waste your money on it!

Fits perfectly over my mattress and a 4 inch memory foam.

Pad appeared fine just out of bag and the sides were nice and deep and fit over my deep mattress and extra memory foam topper. However the first time I put pad on bed the horizontal seams ripped on one side of pad. Sides are poor quality. Spend the few extra dollars and get a quality pad. Dont waste your money on this one.

This is the worst product ever. I purchased it to cover our new mattress toppers and it tore straight away. I had seen in the reviews that this had happened to some other buyers. It's garbage. I should have paid closer attention.

The mattress pad does not stay on. The elastic skirt is cheaply made so it slides up, and off, the mattress easily. We're going to have to replace it.

The first time I put this on the bed it ripped in one corner. Really poor quality on the sides where it's needed most.

I was looking forward to replacing a prior Beautyrest mattress pad with this newer version. I should have upgraded my taste and quality in mattress pads. This one was very chintzy. The elastic part of the pad feels like a cross between paper and cardboard - not like cottony elastic. As soon as I put the pad on my mattress, it ripped in one corner severely through the elastic. It has already spread through much of the top of the elastic. The pad slips around on top of the mattress like it's not snugly attached, even though it is. This is quite annoying. Overall, I highly recommend AGAINST this product. Spend the extra dollars for a better brand.

The elastic sides ripped at the slightest pull. I can't tell if it is the quality of the product or if it was shipped after it had rotted on the shelves. It was a total waste of my money and time.

Quality was not what I was expecting, given the name "Beautyrest.' But it doesn't say "Beautyrest" on label and I would probably have done better at a white sale at a major store.

This is not a high quality matress pad. The cotton material on top appears to have a pretty low thread count. The fitted sides ar made of a paper-like material. I don't expect this product to survive more than a couple of washes.

This item is made very cheaply, especially the side skirts; they seem to be made of paper. While installing the mattress pad on the bed, the side skirts ripped in several spots. I definitely would NOT recommend this to anyone.

Pad looks ok but sides ripped trying to gently put it on the mattress. There are no tags on this mattress pad to say who manufactured it, and the content. Very poorly made and unuseable. Fortunately, Overstock said they will refund me including shipping, so I will try again!

Looks like new and have used it a year or so !. Just took it out of the dryer and didn't realize it had been that long. Very pleased, will buy again if this one ever wears out. Can depend on Overstock for great merchandise, fair pricing and FAST delivery. Many Thanks . . . .

The sides of this pad are made of a paper like material. We went to put it over our mattress and it ripped in 2 places. We put it back in the package and returned it. I can't believe this is a Beautyrest product. They should be ashamed to even have a product this poorly made.

Initially, I thought the pad was too small, but patience proved the victor. I just turned the pad around and put the diagonal sides on. Voila, it fit perfectly. I had previously purchased a memory foam mattress from Overstock and was truly pleased with it. What I thought was a wonderful mattress became an almost perfect mattress with the addition of this mattress pad. I would definitely recommend this pad. Great product!

I guess you get what you pay for... this pad is pretty thin, and the cotton feels very inexpensive.

I already have told friends about this mattress topper. Don't buy a new mattress just get this! Our bed is so comfortable that my husband was late for work every morning the first week we had it. He said he just could not get out of the bed!! It's wonderful!!!
