The mattress pad did not fit easily over my mattress, despite promotional information stating that it should do so. The elasticized side pieces are so flimsy that attempts to stretch it to fit ended with my putting my finger through the fabric. Because the mattress pad will not stay on, my fitted sheet will not stay on either. What I thought would be a great value turns out, in this case, to be money not well spent.

This mattress pad cover was exactly what I was looking for. It is very high quality and has held up very well after a few washings. I highly recommend it.

This mattress pad was 80 bucks at a major retailer, so I turned to my trusted online source, Overstock.com I'm amazed at the deals that I've found on Overstock.com. I bought a lot of bedding from Ostock, and do so frequently. The only thing that you have to be careful with is the thread count on the sheets: I'm NOT a fan of "sateen" so READ the description cafefully when ordering high thread count sheets if you don't want that "slick feel" to you sheets. Again, that's just a personal preference, I know the ladies really like the sateen sheets, as it doesn't "mess with their hair" (from experience;)) cjq715

Great mattress pad - fits our extra thick mattress perfectly. Washed well (I don't dry in dryer - I find they wear out too quickly).

My husband did not like sleeping on the crinkly mattress pad that we currently had. After reading all the reviews, I decided to purchase the Beautyrest Cotton Sateen Stripe. We really love it. It is very comfortable and very QUIET! The most important thing is that it does not make my husband too warm-he no longer wakes up sweating as he used to when sleeping on the other one. I highly recommend this product.

I like to order striped bedding for the king bed so it's obvious how to put it on the mattress. The fabric on this mattress pad wasn't as sturdy or high quality as I had hoped. The backing is that see through meshy stuff. There is plenty of loft so it adds cushion to the mattress. Just wish the fabric was a little more substantial. I washed and line dried it before using, did well. I wouldn't have bought it had I seen it first but it wasn't worth the expense of returning.

I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE THICKER. NOT AS ADVERTISED. IT'S OK. WILL DO.

I bought this in California King to fit a new 13 inch memory foam mattress and it fit perfect. I love haveing our new mattress protected from sweat and body oils. This is a excellent product nice and smooth and with a perfect fit.

I have been an Overstock customer for close to 10 years... This is the first product that I have been truly disappointed in. The item I thought I was purchasing was not even close to the picture described.. I understand that I ordered something that may have been off size (California King size), however, I would have thought they would have made sure the quality matched. I just put it on the mattress and as I was putting it on the 'elastic skirt' it tore because it was paper. VERY DISAPPOINTED... I would return it but not sure that I can since it is ripped now.
