Serious comfort!
from Fairmont, WV,  Nov 9, 2012

I've only had the pillow for a few days now and my whole family wants to steal it from me! Think I know another good Christmas gift for them now. Anyhow, the pillow doesn't have any smell (like you hear about in relation to memory foam); it's a great size (mine's a queen and fits a queen mattress great); and it is so comfortable! My neck and head are supported nicely while being cradled by the foam. A heavenly sleep is guaranteed!!

A very different experience than standard pillows
from Middlefield, Ohio,  Jan 28, 2013

I've never had a memory foam pillow before and have wanted one for quite some time, but was not willing to spend $100+ on one. I finally decided to get this one to help stop my aching neck issues from standard pillows and I was quite surprised with it. At first it it a shock to get used to, since it is quite stiff when you first lay down on it. But within seconds it conforms to you and as you sleep it keeps evolving into what feels like a soft cradle. In the morning I don't want to get out of bed since it feels so soft, and the pillow returns to it's former firm surface as it should. There is a slight smell to the pillow, but it does not bother me. It comes with a zippered case and I put another standard pillowcase easily on top of that. It is the proper size and fills the case without having to stuff it into the case like I've read on other foam pillows. It also ships in a plastic bag with handles to make it possible to transport if needed. I think once my kids get a chance to test it out I'll be buying several more of these for them! The reason I gave it four stars is because I've only owned it for a week and have no idea how long it will hold it's shape, and I would like it to be a little softer from the start, but it does become very soft and comfortable the longer you lay on it, while still offering support.

What I was looking for
from Rochester, NY,  Dec 26, 2012

I got this for a gift. It's just what I wanted but it does have bit of a smell to it. I hope it goes away over time.

Happy with the pillow
from San Rafael, CA,  Aug 7, 2013

Purchased this for my husband. He has been using it for a couple of weeks now. Asked him how he likes it and he says "It's a keeper!" There was a mild smell when it first arrived but that is completely gone now. Happy I chose this. Thanks to all the other reviewers who endorsed this item.

pain relief
from Ft Myers, FL,  Mar 5, 2013

I purchased this pillow to try and get relief from severe neck and shoulder pain due to herniated disks in my neck. After a week of sleeping on this pillow my physical therapist noticed my shoulders not being as tight and I noticed I was feeling better too. I didn't fix my neck but it did help. I will be purchasing a second one.
