Very happy with the quality of these towels just not the color. I purchased the Stone color. Nothing like the picture. I expected a light tan maybe with a little gray but these are more gray with a lavender tint! Does not match my decor at all! But the weight is nice. I would get them again but only in white. Unlike some of the other reviews I did not experience any fraying even after a couple of washes. Nice towels!

I had remodeled a bathroom and with the changes, there was no room to put a traditional towel bar. I did not want to use hooks to hang the towels as it looks so messy to me. Reluctantly, I bought this, hoping it would work. It did and I am extremely pleased with it. It has the weight needed to hold three heavy, large bath towels, without toppling over. It looks great, too.

Really love the set, towels are nice and big and very absorbent. Only complaint is that the color is much lighter than the bath sheet set I had ordered a week earlier. Same color, Stone, but much lighter. Still love the towels.

I bought these for use with the bath sheets of the same style. The hand towels are nice and large. I like the texture/striping because for me it makes it less boring that plain white ones. They are less absorbant than more traditional towels but are a nice quality and so far have held up through several washes.

These towels are really soft, very absorbent and great sized. As a whole, these towels are bigger than traditional bath towels. We bought the set in Coastal Blue which is a beautiful and vibrant aqua blue. We've washed and dried these towels about 3 times now since purchasing and they seem to be holding up well. They aren't excessive lint collectors and are holding their shape. I purchased these for our daughter who just left for college. I knew space was limited in dorms and after reading the reviews as well as product description I felt purchasing her a thinner towel with high absorbency was the way to go. Less bulk for her to store and less time to spend in the laundry room! These towels definitely fit the bill and therefore in my opinion they were worth the extra cost. As usual, Overstock.com was quick to ship and they arrived in excellent condition.

I LOVE these bath mats SO MUCH that this the 3rd set I'm ordering!! This time around, I ordered Sage; I previously ordered Light Blue and Gold. They are soft, absorbent, and true to color. Please believe me, they are so much better than the "traditional" bath rugs with the rubber backing in that they wash up very well (are colorfast too) and are more hygienic in that they are easier to keep clean and fresh. Speaking of washing, for those who think these mats are too thin, I agree with another reviewer that stated they laundered them first; I tried this and it does indeed make them thicker, softer, fluffier, etc. once you take them out of the dryer. Because these mats are made of cotton, like a bath towel, they pretty much stay in place and there's little chance for them to slip and slide around very easily. Instead, your feet will meet nothing but soft, absorbent comfort after your bath or shower. These bath mats are of excellent quality, don't pass them up!!

we are thrilled, not a single thing to complain about even a bit. i already washed em and they came out great. love the colors, don't match my monitor but they definitely match my multi earth toned bath like a dream. we have a ceramic bathroom in excellent shape cept its from 1948 ow!!! the colors, really really hurts:( green tub and toilet, peach wall tiles, tan floor cobalt blue trim everywhere:( i toned the whole thing down (believe it or not) with muted earth tones and these beyond being soft and large and thick and everything you want in a towel are the right muted earth tones as well:) i'm gonna order some in stone now:)

These are nice looking and very thick. Good for a traditional or a modern bathroom. They came on time and make a good present.

Don't think of this a being like a traditional swim towel--it isn't. It is a light, fine quality drying wrap, something you'd find in the old world when thay really knew how to make things. A bit more sophisticated, interesting, and worldly than your traditional swim towel--it has flair.

Very good quality mats. Hard to find them in traditional retail stores.Thick ,soft cotton and good finishes. Slightly pricey, but quality justifies this price.

These hooks are great. Usually it's a process to clip in the traditional hooks into the liner and curtain. I had the curtain and liner up in 2 minutes and they look good.

These are very heavy and luxurious. I got the stone color which is a really good neutral.
Wed Dec 19 00:00:00 MST 2012anthembiker Rating:5.0
These towels are so luxurious that they are close to being TOO thick. To dry, you can only let them dry spread out in a single layer, not folded in half as you could do with a traditional towel rack. We LOVE these towels, but next time I think I'll try something NOT so thick.

These bamboo towels are silky soft AND super absorbent. I'll be ordering more as my cotton towels wear out. We also have bamboo sheets from Overstock and love them. My family is thrilled to have alternative, eco-friendly material choices that are actually better than the traditional textiles.

Excellent quality accessory and attractive alternative to a traditional bathroom tissue holder. I wanted to match the brushed bronze finish of my faucets, and couldn't find that finish in a standing bathroom tissue holder. The antique brass finish is close, and the price was reasonable.

Brilliant towels, lovely and soft. Stone colour is so neutral and ideal for guest towels and a new fashionable house.
Fri Nov 02 00:00:00 MDT 2007Rating:4.0
These towels are very soft and say made in USA which I like. I ordered the Ivory color and they almost have a bit more of a yellowish tint and not cream like I expected. Also, the washcloths are more like fingertip towels than a traditional washcloth that I'm used to. I washed them all before I used them and they are very nice quality. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

This shower curtain has deep rich colors and the texture is similar to crushed silk. It is very classy looking. I bought it for a guest bathroom in a contemporary house, but it would also fit very well in a more traditional home. Everything in the bathroom is grey so the colors on this shower curtain really pop!
The addition of a vessel bathroom sink can really add style to your bath remodel, but before you decide to go with a vessel sink, you may want to know how they compare with the traditional sinks you're familiar with. Here's a side-by-side comparison of the two types of bathroom sinks.

Perhaps no accessory adds more sparkle and, dare we say, enchantment to your wardrobe than gemstone jewelry. The vibrant color is a big draw, but the cut of the stones also greatly affects the overall design and feel of a ring, necklace, or pin; round stones convey a sense of tradition and romance while straight edges seem more modern and sophisticated. Jewelers rely on a standardized set of gemstone shapes to cut stones into dazzling jewels.

Stories of cat's eye gemstones hearken back to antiquity. The gem intrigues and entrances with its casual wink. Sometimes confused with other stones, true cat's eye is fairly rare. Cat's eye is chatoyant, possessing an iridescence that changes the way the stone appears as the viewer's perspective shifts. Peices of cat's eye jewelry, such as cat's eye rings, bracelets and necklaces are beautiful additions to any outfit.
Tile kitchen countertops are an affordable alternative to traditional solid stone units. Countertop tile can be made from many of the most popular materials, such as granite or quartz, yet costs just a fraction of the price. Tile countertops are also easy to install and repair, making them the perfect project for the DIY homeowner. Ceramic. Ceramic tile is made from natural clay that is baked to remove excess moisture. It is available in a wide variety of colors and designs that can be mixed and matched to any kitchen. Ceramic tile is affordable, easy to install and very low maintenance. It is also waterproof and able to withstand high temperatures from hot dishes. If you choose ceramic tile for your kitchen countertops, you should be aware that ceramic tile can crack or chip if heavy objects are dropped on it. To minimize grout stains, you can choose a dark grout and use a grout sealer to protect the seams from dirt. Mosaic. Mosaic tile comes in tiny 1-inch square units. It is often sold in large sheets that are attached to a mesh backer-board, making for easy and fast installation. These tiles can be mixed to create unique patterns and textures, and are very durable. One advantage of mosaic tiles is that they are colored all the way through, so a chip or crack will not be as visible as with ceramic tile. Granite. Granite tile is a natural stone product that is widely popular in kitchen decor. Tiles made from granite offer the beauty of natural stone at a fraction of the cost. Granite tiles often have a mottled surface that helps to hide dirt and fingerprints and are incredibly strong and long-lasting. Like all granite products, these tiles must be sealed after installation and at least once a year for the duration of their use. Quartz. Quartz tile is a manufactured product designed to look similar to granite while offering superior performance. It is made from crushed quartz crystals pressed together with resin. Quartz tile has a smooth and uniform surface with a consistent grain. It is slightly less expensive than granite and is much more durable and long-lasting. Unlike granite, quartz tiles do not need to be sealed. They are completely nonporous, which prevents bacteria from becoming trapped in the surface. Quartz cannot be repaired as easily as granite, however, and it offers none of the natural beauty and color variation of real stone. View All Tile Back to Guides Directory View All Tile

Turquoise is valued in many cultures and often used in jewelry and other decorative items. A natural stone, turquoise comes in beautiful shades of blue and green, and each piece is distinct.
