The towel set was shipped promptly. I received the towels today. The towels are thinner than I anticipated. They are not like the thick, fluffy ones I prefer. The towels are generous in size, and the color is nice.I ordered the Sage color, and it is true to the color shown in the photo. It's hard to tell sometimes from the colors in pictures, but I thought the color might be more of a silvery-y sage. To me, sage green is a soft, light pastel. This sage is more of a "moss green," but it's pretty, and the color is within the palette of my decorating scheme.According to information in the ad, this set can be compared to a $96.00 product. No way! They're nice enough for the money, but certainly not in the category of "fine bath and linen" products. If I recommended the towel set to a friend, I would tell them everything I've mentioned in this reveiw.

I like how they wash/dry, not thick and awkward. Gives me more room in linen closet when folded.

These were a fantastic buy! What a bargain. I have not been able to find anything like these bath mats in any store except boutique linen stores and then for triple the price. These also hold up well to multiple washings.

I had the same department store towels for the last 7 years, since my husband and I married. They were wearing out, so we decided to invest in some well-made bath linens. We purchased two sets of 6 and one set of 7 (that includes the bath rug). We are VERY pleased with this purchase! The towels are thick and absorbent, and become softer and fluffier with each wash. As mentioned in other reviews, a lot of lint comes out in the dryer trap the first few times, but it's not problematic at all. Go ahead and buy - you won't be sorry!

These towels are as plush and durable as ones that cost 3 times as much. I am truly impressed with the vibrance of the color and how they hold up after multiple washes. I would HIGHLY reccomend this product to all my fellow LINEN SNOBS. I bought two more sets after the first arrived. The following sets were just as impressive. THANK YOU OVERSTOCK I LOVE THE TREASURES I FIND.

I bought this set of two bath sheets in white for my very first set of linens for my very first apartment. These were perhaps a little more luxurious than I needed to go for a first set, but I figure buying quality will keep me from having to but quantity. So when these arrived I was very impressed by how soft and silky they felt. There were no runs or pulled threads that I had to snip off, even after I put them through the wash. I washed with hot water and no fabric softener so they would absorb well (fabric softener coats the cotton and defeats the purpose of the absorbent material). I've been using them for about three weeks now and I'm still thrilled. So soft, so absorbent. One thing I will say against them is that for the price I would have expected a bath sheet that was a bit larger than the ones I can find in department stores. I guess a 30x70 is a lot to ask, but I'm a large person and I would have appreciated the extra inches, though these do go around me all the way. I knew the size when I purchased, so it's not their fault.

Beware -- this set is one bath towel, one hand towel and one washcloth. "Three sumptuously soft bath linens" implies three bath towels, and the picture is misleading. These are nice, and absorbent, but not very fluffy. Not a great value for the money.

It's always a little dicey ordering towels on-line without the benefit of touching them to feel their thickness and quality, so I relied on the reviews of others. As always, I washed and dried the towels two times before using them in order to get the new-towel lint out. Since I am a bit obsessed with linens and towels and expect them to be thick, soft and luxurious feeling (I don't expect sheets to be thick - chuckle), and I like them to have a subtle decorative embellishment, these were perfect. While these aren't quite as thick as other towels I've purchased, they come close and are of really high quality. I bought them in the sage color to coordinate with a bathroom re-do and the color is perfect. I highly recommend these!

I have a vrbo cabin rental & regularly update the linens. This time I was looking for a large set of white towels etc & found the perfect item in this Martex 24 piece set. These towels are big & soft enough & not so thick that they take forever to dry. Thank you Overstock!

this is luxury at an irresistible price. They are easily washed and when put back into the linen closet, are impossible to distinguish from the new unused ones. They take over the towel rack and I put one there and move the guest towels to another space in the bathroom. Universal appeal and highly recommended.

Gorgeous color and really not too thin. They launder well too. No shrinkage.

The towels were a gift to my daughter and her family for Christmas. They had just remodeled their bath and needed new colors. The papaya and sunflower filled the bill both in color and quality. These two colors were very hard to find when I looked at other stores. Also, the nice thicker and larger sized towels I did find were more than I wanted to pay...then I remembered Overstock...wow....found what I wanted at a really great price....thanks...I buy my bed linens from here and have always been happy with my purchases. You can't go wrong with this set of towels.....thick, fluffy, nice large sizes, and great color selections...

Ordered these micro cotton towels to add to my linen closet. Micro cotton is hard to find. I am a bit disappointed in the weight/thickness of the towels. They are not as thick as my Current brand micro cotton towels. They do wash beautifully and dry quickly. Very absorbent towels. I love the micro cotton fabric. It is softer and more absorbent than other cottons, just wish these were a heavier weight. Not as luxurious as expected but still a great everyday towel. Perfect for those that prefer a plush but not too thick towel! I prefer plush and thickness. Price was good for quality towel! I took a chance & purchased these when there was no rating. Good quality towel.

I bought this rugs for our modern teenager bathroom. The linen color came out as described and the kids like the design very much. I chose those because we didn't want any rubber lining underneath. For my taste they are a bit too thin, not fluffy enough. To me they look cheaper than in the picture (not all edges are straight). On the other hand the price is unbeatable, I have looked in many shops before. After all a good buy.

We have gone to white linens. It's just easiest. So when I saw this deal on towels, I had to jump! They are well made and very absorbent. The only issue I have with the product is the amount of lint these towels produce -- I could have woven another SET of towels from what was in my lint trap after the first washing . . . and it's only a bit less now, after several washings. Additionally, they "shed." I wondered why my husband was picking "fuzz" out of my hair . . .and then realized it was from the towels. I bought white towels for ease of cleaning and hoping for a well-made and absorbent towel -- I got that. If you don't mind lint and fuzz,, these towels are for you!

Love the towels, Washed them 3 times. They are just like the towels in the hotel in Turkey, nice, heavy and thick. I just loved all the Linens in Turkey! Just bought more so I can get rid of the mixed old towels in the house! cheer!
