The only reason that I'm not giving this an excellent is because I've only had it for a week and I haven't washed it yet. That's the true test. Out of the box it is very fluffy and luxurious. I bought this with the intention of cutting the toilet hole so there is the expected shedding, but only because of that. I am very happy with quality so far, for the price, and I would purchase again.

If it were a carpet I'd say it had no pile. It is a very flat and heavy towel, about 1/2 the thickness of my old bath sheets. The weave is more like that of a bath mat. I can't believe how different the reviews are.

We washed the these towels and some got a tiny bit stringy. BUT they are thick, fluffy, and beautiful. A bargain for the price.

I shopped around for fluffy-looking towels, but these "spa towels" turned out to be a little less so than expected. Still pretty sturdy and soft to the touch. Great price, but it just goes to show, it's best to be able to touch them first if you're looking for a particular thickness. "You're a towel!" - Towelie, South Park

The towels are very absorbent, soft and cuddly. Color selection is good, but need a shade of green and tan. I would highly recommend them to friends. Pricing is great.
