I received this for Christmas in the bisque color. I am pleased with the overall quality & softness. My initial thought is that the color is masculine but I kept it since it is comfortable. It is not as warm as the fleece robe it replaces and is mid calf rather than longer ( I am 5'10") The cut is very generous.

I expected 'good,' but I got 'extraordinary.' 100% Egyptian cotton and well made. If you're a 'young guy' buy one of these ... it will be a life time bit of clothing. It IS that well made.

This is a decent robe for the price. It's soft enough, and roomy, like you'd expect from a terry robe. What keeps this robe, even for the price at 4 stars instead of 5, is the weight. I guess from the description, we were expecting something a little heavier. The price is equivalent with the quality. Overall, it's a fine robe.

Love the color combination and it is just perfect for the winter months coming up.

I am short so this robe is way too long for me but it is comfortable and warm at 60 degrees after getting out of a pool. If you are taller than 5' 5" it should be fine. The material seems to be fraying. That is not what I expected. So I am concerned with the life expectancy of this product!

We got 2 of these wonderful robes to hang on our robe hooks in our newly remodeled master bath. We wanted warm and cuddly and these robes exceeded all expectations. We wear them frequently - they are luxurious and roomy and look great on the hooks and on us! Thank you Overstock!!

My husband loves this robe. It's plenty roomy and he especially likes the thick shawl collar. It is noticeably heavier than the robe it replaced. Washed and dried in the dryer with no shrinkage and no shedding.

I bought this robe with fingers crossed that my adult daughter would let me replace her seven(!) year old bath robe with this one. She wanted a long robe that would keep her warm after a bath that wasn't too bulky. When it arrived I was happy to see that the length was perfect and the fabric soft. I washed it to give it a nice newly laundered smell. Success, she loved it.

This bathrobe is so soft and warm and thick. Super warm for cold New England winters. I love the pockets. I'm 5'3 and size 12/large, but I bought an X-large. It works great over sweats and heavy pajamas. It's a little long for my height, but that's OK because it is big enough to use as a blanket. My cats love it too, so you know it's great. Super bright white color. Great price for the value.

I purchased another robe just like it from a department store first. Much less wrap and much shorter sleeves. This one fits my 5'6" husband perfectly and is SOOO soft and cuddly. Perfect for when he steps out of the shower. Even better warm from the dryer. It has washed and dried very well, too.

Plush, roomy, warm. A little heavy on the shoulders but that is to be expected. Color is as represented on web site.

This intensley colored, extremely soft snd warm robe is exactly what I have been looking for, at a price I was happy to pay! I was unhappy that after my first wearing, my inner right ribbon pulled off and I had to sew it back on.

I sent this for a birthday present to my sister in Denver. She said that it was warm and cozy. She loved the softness of the plush material and found it well made. She also reported that it washed well and came out of the drier nice and fluffy. my sister is very particular about her clothes so I am delighted that the present was a hit.

This robe keeps you very warm - considering it is made from reused plastic - it does keep you toasty and warm, sometimes a little too warm.

Warm and incredibly soft, down comforters are the height of luxurious bedding. Like all other bedding, down comforters can range from inexpensive to costly. The proof is in the filling. Inexpensive down comforters are filled with a combination of down and polyester or down and feathers. The best down comforters, which are usually also the most expensive, are full of pure, thick down. Take a look below to learn the best fills for down comforters. Hungarian goose down: Hungarian goose down is considered the most luxurious type of down. These extreme cold-weather birds have very thick, almost odorless tufts of down at the base of their feathers. This heavy, long-lasting down is most often used in comforters with a fill rating of 800, which means they can keep a person warm even in cold conditions. Eiderdown: Eiderdown is harvested by hand from the abandoned nests of Eider ducks, which pluck the down from their own backs and use it to cover their eggs. Eider ducks live in cold climates, so their down is thick and heavy. It is used in high-quality comforters with a fill rating of between 700 and 800. Eider duck down is the only type of duck down used in high-quality comforters. All other duck down is usually considered too smelly (and some duck down has tiny barbs) and is used in much less expensive comforters. Grey and white goose down: Grey goose down is used in dark comforters due it its grey color, but it is the same as white goose down in all other ways. Grey and white goose down, which is usually harvested from European or Chinese geese, is the most popular type of down used in middle-price-range pure down comforters. These comforters usually have a fill rating of 600 and above. Hypodown: Hypodown is a mixture of white goose down and milkweed. This all-natural filling is hypoallergenic and much more durable than pure down comforters. While pure down is still considered to be the preferable fill for comforters by most people, hypodown is gaining popularity with consumers who want a longer lasting product without synthetic fills. If you purchased an expensive duvet, covering it throughout the year will keep it in good shape and allow you to wash it without compromising the batting. Look below to learn the best duvet covers for each season. Spring: Once the evenings start warming up, lighter fabrics like satin provide sheen and style to any bedroom. Satin duvet covers are most often comprised of fabrics like nylon, rayon or silk to provide durability as well as comfort. For spring, lighter colors, including pastels or variations of cream and beige, brighten the room. Summer: During warm summer nights, cotton duvets are one of the most common fabric choices. Light and airy, cotton is also easy to clean and comes in virtually every color and pattern. For the summer season, try a white duvet cover, which will make the room appear more open and spacious. A cotton blend that contains polyester is also an ideal choice for summer, because it is soft, requires simple washing and does not wrinkle. Fall: For the fall season, a duvet cover that is warm enough for intermittent chilly nights is an ideal choice. Microsuede duvet covers offer a soft feel to bedding and come in a variety of colors. This material is easy to care for and machine washable. For fall, choose earthy colors like beige, brown, dark green or burgundy for a seasonal look. Winter: A luxurious duvet cover is a favorite option for warmth during the winter months.
