I am a little disappointed by this purchase. I wanted a very soft robe but it turns out the inside of the robe is not, even kind of itchy on the skin. Maybe after I wash it with softener it will be better. It also smells pretty strong some kind of chemicals. And the color is white but it looks grayish. I won't return it because we had to use to feel it, but will not recommend at this price at least.

Nice and cozy...I ordered the color burgandy but it looks more red.

I purchased this for my wedding day 10/3. I've washed it, and tried it on so far, but have not really used it. I can't wait to though, because it is exactly what I wanted. 100% cotton, soft, and oversized. This will be perfect for those cold days, as well.

I bought this robe for my fiance's birthday. He LOVES it! It came with a few stray strings that were easily clipped away. I was a bit disappointed that the length was not longer for him...he is 6' 3" but it does manage to come just below his knees. However, he really likes it. I washed it for him after he opened it and shrinkage was very minimal and it is so soft! He wore it to a recent trip to Ojo Caliente and not only looked very handsome but was comfortable and warm inbetween trips to the mineral waters.

I love the fabric of this robe because it's really soft and not bulky like a lot of the terry cloth robes. I love how the tie is sewn into the back so it's not constantly falling off or having to be pulled through loops to stay on. The length is good - I'm 5'9" and it comes just below my knees. I don't like the sleeve length and find it to be awkward as it's like 3/4 sleeve with a wide opening. I tend to end up rolling mine just so it doesn't feel like I have big flaps. My only complaint is that it is HUGE. I'm 8 and a half months pregnant and I could fit another half of me in this robe. I tried to shrink it in the wash but it still wraps around me as far as it can go and then I look like a nun. Better too big than too small, but where I'm not always going to be pregnant...it will drown me once I have this baby.

Got the robe fast. Like within the first week. Robe is very thick and warm. Got it as a gift for my girl and she loves it. I was worried the one size fits all might not be what I expected. But my girl was 5 3 and it fits very well. Even if u were taller it would fit snug.

I have had this robe for about a month now and STILL cannot wear it when I get out of the shower because it leaves black fuzz on everything. A few weeks ago I spent about 3 hours rubbing it down with a pumice stone as I read on-line that doing so really helps get the lint out of terry cloth. While it's true that it did cut down on the amount of fuzz balls it left behind, I still can't put it on when my skin is damp because I'll only have to get back in the shower to wash all the lint off of me. It also leaves a light coating of black fuzz all over my bathroom on a regular basis just from being hung on the bathroom door and gently moving when the door is opened and closed. Don't buy this, it's not worth the deal.

Every month, I hostess a spa day. I invite between 2-3 friends and we lounge by the jacuzzi while my masseuse gives massages in my guest bedroom. Thus, I've bought several robes from the O, to be worn by my guests, and every one has been a winner. I have to convince them not to run off with my robes! Threads do tend to come unraveled in the wash so just launder gently and trim off any loose threads.

If the skinny chicks didn't review after review describe how large this robe is I never would have tried it. Like they say, it is huge, but so am I. :-) I wear a Lane Bryant size 20. This could fit up to a 22. I'm 5'6" with large bust, smaller waist, and large butt. I am slightly disproportionate, with my legs being short relative to the rest of my body. I love the way this fits. I have flabby arm syndrome and the sleeves aren't tight at all. Despite the junk in my trunk the robe is still modesty from behind. I got the ecru and tried it on with a black bra on and the bra was only slightly visible. The sleeves are full length and for the sake of the review I rolled them up to 3/4 and flailed my arms about and the sleeves stayed put. Perfect robe for size 16-22!

I have submitted reviews on other products purchased from Overstock and all of them were very good reviews. I would have titled this review "Disappointed" but that is not quite right as I was prepared for some disappointment. In reading many of the other reviews on this robe prior to ordering, I came to the conclusion that the robes being reviewed (within the same price range) were wildly different. This would be the only explanation for the love it / hate it reviews. The same could be said for the other 2 offerings, at a lower price point, that I was considering. Since, as almost everyone points out the impossiblity of finding real terry cloth robes in local stores, and I want ONLY terry robes, I decided to buy anyway and chose the higher end price point hoping I would get lucky. I suppose I was luckier than some others, but this robe is definitely not in the higher end price range as to quality. The terry is somewhat thinner than I had hoped; not a heavy weight at all. The construction is adequate (seams are not falling apart) but just a 1" hem and sleeve hem, too. Not cuffed, but you can certainly do that yourself. If it had been sold 20 - 25% less than it was, my review would rate it at 3*. But at this price point I can only give it 2*. I'll keep it - it's fine for spring thru fall use, but in no way does it come up to my winter standards.

I ordered 3 of these for Mothers Day gifts, 2 in Medium and 1 in Large, all in the Lavender color. The color is soft and pretty and the robe itself is fairly thick. I was able to see the Medium size unwrapped and it fits well with generous room, my mom and sister are shorter, about 5'1", and this robe came below the calf. Not sure about how it holds up to washing but so far this robe is beautiful. I looked at many robes and am pleased with this choice.

I love my robe. In fact I wear it QUITE A BIT! I'm 5'5" and it falls between the middle of my lower leg so I love that it's not to long, but not to short. I think my only complaint it the sleeve length could be a touch longer and the shoulders could be a touch thinner. There's only one size and it was pretty big on me. (5'5" 130lb) SO I washed and dried it and it shrank A LOT hence the longer sleeves thing, it's still a little wide, but much better than it was and it was worth having shorter sleeves (about 3/4 length) to be able to quickly wash and dry it and have it available for use again and shrinking the shoulders. Definitely very soft and comfy. I was worries about that, but it's super soft and it feels really good. Great product and worth the cost!

Not a substantial robe -- not full. The man they show in the picture must be 120 pounds for it to wrap around like that. Also, the loop is a little large -- I like a tighter terry. If this is a spa bathrobe, then the spa is from an American 3-star motel (not hotel). It does not feel as if I've wrapped myself into something luxurious. It'll make some good cleaning rags in another year. Should have spent more at a store for a robe on sale.

I expected a cherry red, although the description said brick. It is a tomato red color, not my favorite. It is also rough and feels cheap. I thought about returning this, but, in fact it was very inexpensive, so I washed it and will leave it hanging in the guest bath for guests. Okay but nothing special.

This robe has no tags of any kind nor any writing anywhere on it. There is no brand name, no size, no care instructions, and no country of origin. I thought it was illegal to sell clothing in the US that did not mention what country it was made in, but this garment falls into that category. Brand name? Unknown. It is poorly made. The seams are not double folded, and they are not straight. The fabric will unravel from the raw edges of the fabric that were not folded under. The crooked seams look terrible. It is way too big. I'm 5' 6" and ordered a size large. The sleeves are at least 3 inches too long. It is not light weight as I had expected. I have already a very heavy terry cloth robe that is too warm. This robe is even warmer than that one, making it essentially useless in my warm climate. This robe is the worst clothing purchase I have ever made.

Purchased this for my wife... all we could find in stores were bath robes that went to her knees. This robe goes down to around 3-4" above her feet. Very soft and the Lavender color is great!
If you have struggled with acne and blemishes, then you may have tried a variety of things with hopes of getting clear skin. While creams and ointments have their benefits, sometimes you have to start from the inside to get the beauty results you desire. There are many vitamins and supplements that help to promote clear skin and many ways to implement them into your skin care routine. Vitamin A. Vitamin A is vital to healthy, clear skin. By regulating the immune system, vitamin A helps the body fight infections. It also encourages the production of white blood cells, which are needed to destroy bacteria that causes acne. Vitamin A also plays a part in cell division, cell reproduction and bone growth. Vitamin A can easily be integrated into your diet. Foods rich in vitamin A include carrots, broccoli, sweet potatoes and eggs. Vitamin A is also available in pill and cream forms. B Vitamins. B vitamins promote hydration and reduce inflammation. B vitamins are commonly used to increase blood circulation and encourage tissue repair, so they not only help to clear the skin, but they can also heal visible signs of previous break-outs and reduce the redness and inflammation of current blemishes. Get your B vitamins by consuming more potatoes, bananas, beans and tuna or purchase a B-complex vitamin supplement. Vitamin C. Vitamin C is well known and vital for good health. Vitamin C is an antioxidant, which means it protects skin cells. This healthful vitamin helps fight infections and heal wounds, and it is also responsible for keeping ligaments, blood vessels and tissue healthy. Vitamin C is effective in pill and cream forms. Skin creams with vitamin C can increase collagen production and decrease the effects of sun exposure. Vitamin C in skin care products often appears in ingredients as L-ascorbic acid. Get more vitamin C in your diet with fruits and vegetables of all kinds. Vitamin E. Vitamin E works well alongside other vitamins in skin care products and is often paired with vitamin C. Vitamin E is a great oil-free hydration solution for acne-prone skin because it allows you to repair acne damage without encouraging more break-outs. Vitamin E is found in eggs and milk and can also be purchased in pill form. Fish oil. Fish oil is a fantastic supplement that is full of omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids help calm and prevent inflammation, which can reduce the size and redness of blemishes. Fish oil also helps to calm skin irritation which can occur when acne-fighting skin treatments are used. Fish oil supplements are available in pill form, and you can also get your omega-3 fatty acids by eating a diet rich in dark-green leafy vegetables, eggs, lean meats and whole grains. Flaxseeds are also rich in omega-3 fatty acids and can be purchased whole, ground and in oil form. Although the simple act of popping a vitamin will not produce an immediate energy boost, some vitamins help the body more efficiently process food, which can create more energy. The B vitamins are known as energy vitamins. If you consume the right amount of B vitamins, you can experience a boost in your energy levels and improve your overall health. You can get your B vitamins by consuming more meat, beans and potatoes. You can also find B vitamin supplements or choose a multivitamin with a comprehensive variety of B vitamins. Health drinks and energy beverages are also likely to include B vitamins. Production of energy. To understand how B vitamins help the body more efficiently produce energy, take a look at how energy is created. The food you eat is broken down into usable components. Carbohydrates are broken down into sugars, and this is where the body gets most of its energy. The carbohydrates are either used right away or stored in the form of glycogen in the liver or muscles. When the body needs energy, glycogen is released and converted into energy. Vitamin B1. Vitamin B1, also known as thiamine, is essential to the break-down of carbohydrates, alcohols and fat. Cells in the body need thiamine to help store the energy from carbohydrates for later use. In addition, thiamine produces an enzyme that processes carbohydrates. The recommended dosage of vitamin B1 for an adult is between 0.8 milligram and 1.1 milligrams per day. Vitamin B2. Vitamin B2, also known as riboflavin, is part of the electron transport chain that converts the carbohydrates into energy. The recommended dosage for an adult is between 1.3 milligrams and 1.7 milligrams per day. Vitamin B3. Vitamin B3, or niacin, helps the body with several functions, including digestion and toxin removal. Niacin also helps convert carbohydrates into energy. In addition, niacin creates starch that can be stored for energy later. The recommended dosage for an adult is between 13 milligrams and 19 milligrams per day. Vitamin B6. Vitamin B6, or pyroxidine, is known as the heart-protecting vitamin, and it also boosts energy. Pyroxidine plays a major role in the breakdown of proteins that get turned into energy. Vitamin B6 also helps regulate mood and behavior, which can help you feel more energetic. The recommended dosage for an adult is between 1.6 milligrams and 2 milligrams per day. Vitamin B12. Vitamin B12, also known as cobolamin, is a famous energy vitamin. B12 is required for the production of red blood cells, and it is also necessary for normal cell metabolism. The recommended dosage for adults is 2 micrograms per day. Pregnant women, however, should get 3 micrograms of vitamin B12 per day. Preparation for Passover involves a lot of time in the kitchen. The Jewish holiday not only involves a thorough cleaning of the kitchen; it also requires special foods for the Seder feast and separate cookware and dishes that you don't use during the rest of the year. The foods of the Seder plate are symbolic and include bitter herbs to help emphasize the bitterness of slavery and a mixture of fruit, nuts, and wine called "charoset" to recall the mortar used by Hebrew slaves in the Pharaoh's construction projects. Charoset (also spelled haroset) is one of the most popular foods served at Passover meals.
