I ordered the Large/EX Large first and it was way too big. I returned it for the next lower size Small/Med and it is a bit small. I like the robe so I will keep it but wish they had a larger size selection.

I recently purchased the Turkish Bath Robe, I LOVE IT! Its large enough to wrap up in completely . It is oversized and I would have ordered a smaller size if I had known this before hand, the XL would accomodate a 300 pound male without seeming small. The quality is great and it comes out of the laundry like new...thanks for a great product.

My boyfriend wanted a turkish cotton robe. I thought I was saving some money buy purchasing this one instead of the hammer schlemer robe for $120. After reading the reviews I took the suggestions and ordered a larger size. When it arrived the first thing I did was feel the fabric. I was very disappointed. It fealt like a lined dried towel....not what i was expecting at all. So back to salt lake city for the robe and ....good luck!

This is a beautiful soft and warm robe. I will caution you that it runs very large in size. I don't know who they are sizing this for, but order at least one if not two sizes smaller than what you normally wear. I took the advice based on other reviews and ordered the Medium. I should have ordered the Small as the Medium is really a large. I normally wear a large in clothing so I figured a medium would fit, but a small would have fit me even better. The color really isn't grey, but more of a dark stone grey, not the light grey in the photo. That was the only color available to order at the time. I'm sure that I'll be wearing this robe until it is ratty and all worn out. Thankfully I sew so I can make it smaller if I choose to do so.

Was looking for a nice cotton robe to grab when getting out of the hot tub. Purchased 2 and they are pretty thick. Had a strange odor to them when we took them out of the box but they washed up nice and softened up after being washed. Both robes are the same size but one is about 6 inches shorter than the other. The box came saying a king duvet was enclosed so was pleased to find my robes instead.

i am 5'9" and a 10-12 and was SWIMMING in this robe. i say this without hyperbole--a 400 lb person could EASILY fit in this robe. the amount of extra fabric is unreal, and the shoulders measure 25 inches across! some reviews mention smaller sizes. they must have run out of those and now try to pass HUGE ones off as one-size-fits-all. don't believe it. it would still be too big for someone in her third trimester or a big and tall man. i'm also fairly certain they sent me this robe: http://www.overstock.com/Bedding-Bath/Womens-Sage-Organic-Cotton-Bathrobe/5301579/product.html it looks a lot more like that one and very little like the green shade pictured in this listing. the fabric is nice and soft, but it is so grossly unflattering i can't imagine keeping it, especially for the price. return.

I'm so glad I got this robe, I was also considering Salbakos terry robe, but this is much better quality then terry cloth. It is so soft, like putting on a high end towel after a shower. As soon as I put it on I am instantly dry. I don't even use a towel to dry myself anymore. It is very luxurious and absorbent. I washed it as soon as I took it out of the package. It came out great after the wash and much softer. It fits great too. I'm 5'2 and it comes to my ankles. I absolutely love this bath robe.

This is a decent robe for the price. It's soft enough, and roomy, like you'd expect from a terry robe. What keeps this robe, even for the price at 4 stars instead of 5, is the weight. I guess from the description, we were expecting something a little heavier. The price is equivalent with the quality. Overall, it's a fine robe.

The fabric was very thin and will be a good weight for hot weather but for colder weather you would want something thicker.
Mon Jun 06 00:00:00 MDT 2011chineydoll Rating:3.0
The color was perfect, It was plush and heavy. The size was 'one size'...but it should have said 'one plus size'...I am very tall but it was very wide. The material was not as absorbent as i expected, but I suppose it will do the job in slow motion.

This bathrobe is great! It is highly absorbant and will take the place of or greatly minimize having to towel off after a bath or shower. It eliminates the need to try and reach those hard to dry places. A great gift for someone who has problems going through the excercise of drying off due to health or range of motion issues. Very relaxing for anyone regardless of abilities. Pamper yourself and others with this great robe at a reasonable cost. Design is truly unisex and works for men or women. You will enjoy this indulgence!

As advertised. A second washing should soften the fabric. One size larger would have worked better for me and I bought the biggest offered.

this is NOT what i expected. the first one i purchase shrunk . i mailed it back and the second one was not the size i ordered. the quality of the cotton was really really bad. I dont blame O for the quality they didnt make it. however, since i have purchase turkish cotton products before i expected this to be just as good. its a shame when i can get a perfect bath mat and not a perfect bath robe.

It is important to find a comfortable skirt to wear to the office that is appropriate yet stylish. Skirts are a staple of any wardrobe; they are also one of the most versatile pieces of clothing and can be worn with sweaters, blouses or jackets. Depending on your office dress code, conservative or casual styles may be appropriate, so choose styles and colors that fit into your existing wardrobe. Wear long skirts for cooler weather. While the most popular women's skirts are hemmed around the knee, cold winter months are a great time to wear longer skirts. Formal long skirts, especially those made of silk or velvet fabric, are probably out of place in the office. Stick to cotton, twill or even wool fabrics for a professional look. Ruffles and pleats can also give long skirts a feminine touch. A-line skirts are the best shape for most women because they create a waistline and widen at the hem, balancing out larger hips. Select flattering skirt sets. To ensure your skirt looks as professional as possible for the office, find a skirt set with an accompanying jacket. You can pair the skirt set with any type blouse, including silk, cotton or polyester. For a clean look, wear a skirt and jacket with a blouse that easily tucks in and does not create a bulge or pull around the skirt waist. You can also pair women's skirts with separate jackets if you want to mix up the wardrobe. Choose a slimming pencil skirt. One of the most common and fashionable skirts to wear is the pencil skirt. It pairs nicely with a variety of blouses, sweaters and jackets, making it a versatile part of the wardrobe. The pencil skirt is flattering to all body types, from very thin to curvaceous women. The skirt's silhouette is straight at the waist and narrows at the knees, allowing it to hug all of the curves of the body. Look for a pencil skirt that has a slit or pleat in the back near the hem to allow for increased movement while walking. Find an appropriate casual skirt. Casual skirts can be professional and dressy enough to wear to work. For the office, look for skirts made of cotton, khaki material, linen or even wool to provide a comfortable option. Keep casual skirts mid-length, allowing them to fall either slightly above or below the knee cap. View All Skirts Back to Guides Directory View All Skirts
Thick, warm, and luxurious, down comforters will keep you warm on even the coldest winter nights. They are an investment, so it's important to choose one that best fits your preferences and sleeping style. They come in a variety of styles, and what's best for one person may not be best for another. Take the time to determine exactly what you are looking for in a down comforter before you choose one.
Women's suits are often part of the professional dress code, and many offer the choice between skirts and dress pants. Although women's suits need to be professional, a variety of fabrics and colors keep wardrobe options fresh and offer you the ability to pair your suit with existing blouses in for a new look. Even if you work in a casual setting, it is wise to have a women's suit on hand for special occasions. Look for flattering skirt styles. Many professional offices observe a conservative dress code, and skirt suits are dressier than pantsuits. Keep dress suits simple and classy in neutral colors such as navy, beige, black and brown. Skirts should be hemmed right above the kneecap or just below it, and suitable blouses for conservative skirt suits are high-cut to avoid showing too much cleavage. To ensure skirts look flattering on any figure, look for styles that offer waist reinforcement and lines to provide structure. Pick a pantsuit. For more casual settings, a pantsuit is professional and comfortable. Look for pants that are straight-cut or slightly flared at the hem to pair with heels or dress boots, and try a high-waisted style for a structured look. Pleated pants look best on ultra-slender women, because they can bunch around the waist and stomach area. Choose appropriate fabric. For year-round wear, a dress suit made of worsted wool keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The high-quality wool fabric is soft and lightweight and commonly comes in such colors as gray, black and navy. For summer, a lightweight suit made of seersucker or linen creates a crisp appearance and provides comfort in warmer weather. Additional suit fabrics to choose from include wool blends, polyester-cotton blends, cotton and synthetic materials, such as polyester and rayon blends. Get a great fit. To get the most flattering suit for your body shape, note the areas of the body that need special attention. For curvy women, suits with wide necklines, rounded lapels and double-breasted jackets balance out the body. Suits that have pointed lapels and straight-cut jackets, skirts or pants mostly flatter tall, angular women. Petite women can create the illusion of being taller with solid-colored suits and those that feature a subtle pinstripe pattern. A-line skirts are flattering to women of all sizes because they hug the hips and slightly flare out at the hem, balancing out the body. There are some very obvious differences between hardside luggage and softside luggage. But there are also a lot of more subtle differences, and knowing all the differences between the two types of luggage can help you find a luggage set that is right for you and makes your travels easier. Materials: Hardside luggage is usually made of aluminum or polycarbonates. They are chosen because they have a good strength-to-weight ratio. Softside luggage is made of a variety of materials, including vinyl, cotton, polyester, leather and other durable materials. These materials are chosen because they are lightweight, flexible and durable. Features: The features offered on softside and hardside luggage are nearly identical. They both often offer wheels and extendable handles for convenience when carrying the luggage. Inside, they can have an array of pockets for holding toiletries or preventing clothes from getting wrinkled. What can be different is that softside luggage typically has several pockets that are accessible without opening the suitcase. Also, softside luggage almost always uses zippers to hold it close, but hardside luggage will have some type of latch to secure it. Price: Many factors determine the cost of luggage; one of which is the materials it is made of, but features, size, brand and other factors play a part as well. Not all hard materials are the same and not all soft materials are the same, but on average, the initial cost of hardside luggage is going to be higher than the initial cost of comparable softside luggage. One thing to consider though is value. If you are a frequent flyer, the initial cost of hardside luggage might be offset by its longevity. Use: If you are someone who keeps their luggage close to them and will only take a carry-on with you, the lightweight, flexibility of softside luggage might be better for you. The rigid shape of a hardside case doesn't always conform to the shape of an overhead bin; however, if you like to check your bags, hardside luggage is less likely to be damaged when thrown around in the holding area and will keep its contents from getting crushed when another bag gets thrown on top of it. Bottom line: When it comes down to it, both softside luggage and hardside luggage do the same basic thing. But the choice is about you and what you want. Do you want something that is incredibly durable and will protect everything inside of it? Or would you rather have luggage that is more flexible and lightweight?
