This is the second plush polyester bathrobe I have had. It, like the previous one, tends to "pill" after washing, but I really think that is just the nature of polyester fleece. I just trim off the "pills" and after enough machine washing and drying, the "pilling" goes away leaving the robe still soft and warm and snuggly. The robe is reasonably well made. I did have to sew back a bit of one pocket where the stitches had come loose, but "no big deal". Compared to several similar robes at a couple department stores that I had previously tried on, this robe was lighter, softer, and fit better. It was also half the price. I originally planned to give this as a gift, but decided to go with a different "fancier" brand for the gift. I am keeping this for myself however, as I think it is a good deal for the price.

I bought this robe in a size small in "sage" for a female family member who is 5'2" and about 120lbs. The robe fits her like a glove! The sleeves cut off right at her wrists and the robe comes down to just above her ankles. There was some slight pilling of the fabric and the robe smelled a little "chemically" out of the package, but after a wash, the robe was good to go! Shipping was relatively quick, too. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the product and my purchasing experience. Thank you!

There is something about a nice white bathrobe that makes you feel like you can answer the door, or even run out an get the a breakfast sandwich before before they quit serving at the fast-food drive-in window. I even got a compliment by one of the employees! I haven't washed mine yet, but I think if you get it a little larger, it looks a little more expensive. There is nothing that makes clothes cheaper than if it is fit too small. The monogram is handy to make sure you don't get them mixed up, if you get one for husband, etc. I got one for my mom who lives in a retirement home, and the number of thefts that occur in the laundry room is unbelievable, so the monogram comes in handy there. I have had the waffle design before, and it covers up body parts with the distracting pattern, and is not too thick, and looks polished. Terry or fleece, etc t can make you look ten pounds heavier, shed, collect dust, hair and are often way too warm. The momogram is grey, so bleach could change it to purple, or some other color, but I like to add a little bleach to personal wear, when I was it. So then 100% cotton is perfect.

This robe is very soft and of good quality. Since my concern on ordering a one-size-fits-all product was that it would be too small for my husband, I was very pleased that this robe is abundantly roomy. My husband is 6' 7" and athletically trim, so the large sizing was great because it provided ample length--including in the sleeves. This robe would be too large for someone with a short, slender build.

I, like many, was trying to finding a perfect replacement for my 10-yr-old terrycloth towel robe. I am very happy with this purchase. I like that it's terrycloth both inside and out (not just one sided). It keeps me warm and dry. I am most impressed with the fit. I am a tall and slender female, and the S/M is just big enough to be comfortable, but very easy to move around in. It is the perfect weight. A couple months after I purchased this a friend gave me an expensive spa version from another company. It is terrycloth on only the inside, is such a terrible fit I can't move around in it, and is way too heavy for my comfort. I threw hers away and kept this one. The one downside is that strings do come off of it. I foresee needing to re-sew the seam of one of the arms in the future. But it's so comfortable I can't complain.

I had a "spa-quality" terry bath robe that was very heavy and therefore hot. I wanted a light/middle weight terry robe to replace it, and this one fits the bill. It's very soft, but not plush, like the ones I see in the stores, so it's also absorbent. I don't like the fleece and plush ones - they just don't feel right to me. The weight on this one is perfect - not too heavy, but enough to provide modest cover. The only thing I would change is the length. It's a little long for me, but that will be welcome in the winter, and better too long than too short.
