I bought this robe as a present for my daughter because the description implied it was ultra soft, great quality etc.... it was NOT. Not only was it made from rough fabric but it had strings hanging down from the hemline and around the terry belt. I was really disappointed and would NOT recommend this robe to anyone.

Was looking for a nice cotton robe to grab when getting out of the hot tub. Purchased 2 and they are pretty thick. Had a strange odor to them when we took them out of the box but they washed up nice and softened up after being washed. Both robes are the same size but one is about 6 inches shorter than the other. The box came saying a king duvet was enclosed so was pleased to find my robes instead.

This was my first purchase through Overstock. The company was great to deal with but unfortunately the robe was horrible quality. However it wasn't that expensive - you get what you paid for. I would not recommend this product.

I received this for Christmas in the bisque color. I am pleased with the overall quality & softness. My initial thought is that the color is masculine but I kept it since it is comfortable. It is not as warm as the fleece robe it replaces and is mid calf rather than longer ( I am 5'10") The cut is very generous.

I had a lot of trouble locating a terry cloth robe. To wear after my bath or shower. This was perfect and was just what I was looking for. The terry cloth is not too thin and dries me off nicely. The lavender is a pretty color and washed well without fading.

This is the softest robe I have ever purchased. A feature I love is the kimono style - the tie is always attached to the back of the robe so it never falls off. The sage color is beautiful - would absolutely recommend - the quality for the price is a great deal.

This bathrobe is great! It is highly absorbant and will take the place of or greatly minimize having to towel off after a bath or shower. It eliminates the need to try and reach those hard to dry places. A great gift for someone who has problems going through the excercise of drying off due to health or range of motion issues. Very relaxing for anyone regardless of abilities. Pamper yourself and others with this great robe at a reasonable cost. Design is truly unisex and works for men or women. You will enjoy this indulgence!

I had a hard time deciding on robes and afraid of all qualities and differences. This is a FABULOUS ROBE.I washed it right away and no little tiny pieces came off...size stayed same and true to size(I get a size larger to feel cozy on those bad days)...It is a sweet pink and I feel so good in it.Worth every penny and as a gift would be so great.

One of the nicest robes I have ever had. The right weight, not too heavy, not flimsy. Soft turkish cotton, I chose the gray, a pleasant light color, not dull, rather has a touch of silver. Great gift idea.

I was very disappointed by the quality of this robe. It is made out of very cheap materials. The robe itself is extremely thin and the inside lining is not absorbent at all. I'm not sure how this can be described as a luxury spa robe. I will be returning this item immediately.

I had a "spa-quality" terry bath robe that was very heavy and therefore hot. I wanted a light/middle weight terry robe to replace it, and this one fits the bill. It's very soft, but not plush, like the ones I see in the stores, so it's also absorbent. I don't like the fleece and plush ones - they just don't feel right to me. The weight on this one is perfect - not too heavy, but enough to provide modest cover. The only thing I would change is the length. It's a little long for me, but that will be welcome in the winter, and better too long than too short.

When I first ordered this product I was afraid I was not gonna get what I want it for the price I was paying but I was wrong, the material is thick but at the same time soft I was looking for a terrycloth bath robe for so long but couldn't afford the high prices at the other places, I am very very happy and satisfied with this produt, I like it so much I'm buying another one.

I gave this item 5 stars because it is a very, very nice robe. The description mentions "oversized" and they are not kidding! I will need to return it because it is HUGE!! I am 5'01" and I had about 7" draped on the floor, and the shoulders are VERY wide. I am sorry it does not come quite a bit smaller.

I was extreemely happy with the thick quality of this robe. I'm thinking of ordering another one in a size bigger for it is a bit smaller than I like. Well worth the price.

Out of all the bedding made, quilts may be the most diverse. Quilts are produced in all kinds of colors, patterns, sizes, styles and types. If you're looking for a quilt but don't know where to start, take a look at the popular types of quilts below to learn more about this beautiful kind of bedding. Amish quilts: These beautiful quilts reflect the Amish way of living and feature solid colors, deep hues, geometric patterns and very little embellishment. Amish quilts contain the highest quality of construction and stitching, and, sometimes, the wonderful stitch patterns (scrolls, feathers) contrast with the simple backgrounds of their quilts. Applique quilts: These quilts use a French needlework technique where fabric pieces are sewn onto another piece of material to create a design. Applique is used extensively in the quilting process and is not to be confused with patchwork. Patchwork pieces are joined together; applique is sewn on top of the whole piece. Baltimore album quilts: Baltimore album quilts came from Maryland in the early 1800s. Each block in the design of these quilts is appliqued differently, often in ornate floral patterns. Bangladeshi quilts: These quilts are made with layers of Saree cloth. Saree cloth is silk cloth used by women of India to wrap and fold around the body as a garment. The cloth is usually 40 to 60 inches wide by 6 yards long. These quilts are used as bedding or as decorative pieces. Bargello quilts: Bargello quilts are created with offset squares in an up-and-down geometric "V" pattern. The small squares of different fabrics and the colorful designs make these quilts true works of art. Hawaiian quilts: Hawaiian quilts are not pieced, and they usually showcase a large, symmetrical applique in the center of the quilt. Most often the background is white or another solid color. Patchwork quilts: Patchwork quilts are constructed of many small pieces of fabric which are put together in an improvised or irregular pattern. This is a well-known quilt style, and examples of historical patchwork quilts are found in many museums. Ralli quilts: Ralli quilts, sometimes known as rilli quilts, are traditional quilts made in India or Pakistan. There is an abundance of embroidery as well as applique on the patchwork patterns. Star quilts: Star quilts are created with a large star shape, or several star shapes, dominating the pattern. Wedding ring quilts: Wedding ring quilts are crafted in a design of interlocking rings. This pattern goes far back in history: in the fourth century it was used to decorate drinking cups in Rome. Wedding ring quilts are highly popular and make wonderful wedding gifts. If you're looking for a gift to please an engaged couple, you can't go wrong with a wedding quilt. Bedding always makes a significant gift for the bride and groom, and a quilt with coordinating Egyptian cotton sheets can be even better. View All Quilts Back to Guides Directory View All Quilts

The thread count of bed sheets refers to the number of threads per square inch of fabric. For example, if a square inch of fabric in a 300-thread count sheet with a standard weave were examined closely, 150 vertical threads and 150 horizontal threads would be counted, for a sum total of 300. The higher the thread count, the softer and smoother the sheets will be. Thread count is an important consideration to take when choosing a new set of sheets, but it should not be used as a sole indicator of quality. Equally important in choosing a bed sheet is the type and quality of the materials used as well as the fabric's weave.
